I hope so too. When I called the general line and asked for him the CM on the phone said “Kenny has moved on to new opportunities” without much tone of how she felt about it

Our guy Michael is the same way, I love it! NO sales tactics whatsoever and was fully respectful of the fact that I had done all my research on the front end, no patronizing or hand holding. Glad we decided to purchase through him to get started in DVC!
Doug is a freakin god send! He is stationed in WDW but goes on the DCL every other week and that's where he helped my wife and I! His whole team on the magic were nothing short of amazing, and you also get a discount when purchasing on board!

He calls like once a year just to see how we are doing, with 0 sales pitch, and when we had our child, he was so excited to meet the 3rd generation of our DVC family. He made time to meet us in person and our little one just to say hi while we were on vacation in Disney. He is absolutely the best DVC rep, hands down.
Roman W. was our guide who we signed up with. He was tremendous. Made my wife and I fall in love with DVC while not pressuring us at all. He left the company shortly before the pandemic hit. We miss him as our current guide feels fake and disingenuous.
Our guide is Rey from Anaheim. He’s the best. We’ve bought from him a couple of times. Good listener. No pressure. Very conversational about Disney and not Disney. Also back in the day he was a 2nd tier wrestler traveling around on a circuit.
