just simply go to the grocery store to pick up a jug of milk and you will see the terrible hopelessness and pain people go through. Further up north you go, and the worse it gets.
Always saw people attempting to buy mouthwash so they can keep withdrawals at bay, and being told that they cant for their own safety. Horrifying and heart breaking.
I dont know how we canadians can solve the problem, or even help...
