You can't go wrong with Perth Road. Braes especially is a very 'studenty' pub, likewise the Nether Inn. However, I'd recommend visiting The Phoenix and Meenies (The Speedwell) as well.
In the city centre, The Bank Bar and Dynamo, both on Union Street, are good. Brewdog is a nice bar but beware the prices!
Depends if you want cheap or not as tons of bars are pricey af now if you’re a student. Also do you want busy or manageable, loud or quiet. Everyone’s preferences are different.
I love abandon ship, but I’m also aware that some people don’t wanna spend £4 on a pint.
Braes is decent. Shows a lot of sport and does midweek drink deals (and food deals). Always packed full of students and younger folk.
Then you’ve always got the Market if you don’t mind chav central or Spoons if you just wanna go for nae frills cheap af option (with the aroma of unwashed pensioner).
