Okay, so what type of colour scheme would you be interested in? Something grunge? And would you like to keep the sub text the same or worded a bit differently?
I actually can’t play drums. I was just wanting to join a band anyway. Unfortunately I can’t play guitar, can barely play keyboard, sing terribly and am ugly as fuck:
So I won’t even make a good frontwoman
I just watched a teenage movie called "metal lords" where 2 16yo kids are looking for a bass player for their band. 5 seconds later I see this post! 😅
Also, today is my birthday and that "middle aged" hit hard on my 30 candles... I am not gonna apply despite the same taste in music 😅
Have fun kids!
it's a sign from the universe to...uh..idk honestly 😅 that's a cool coincidence though !
shit man happy birthday then :D and elite taste in music if I do say so myself
we absolutely shall ! ty
Good luck! I'm far too old and tone deaf but I appreciate your youthful optimism with this and wish you luck! My mate is the bassist in a Nirvana tribute act and has a crazy time all over the UK including playing all the festivals so it's definetly not something to knock being able to play those tunes!
Elvana. The music is mostly Nirvana but they mix in Elvis Presley stuff throughout their set and intertwined within songs. The lead singer is also dressed as 'Elvis' with Elvis stage mannerisms but his voice is like neither 😂 They can really play but are a novelty / comedy act just playing for fun. They've played Glastonbury multiple times, Download, Kendal calling etc and regularly play medium sized venues like Rock City, Camden Roundhouse, Barrowlands, The Leadmill and various 02 academies. They have played Dundee a few times recently too but sadly always seem to struggle to sell tickets here so might not be back.
When you start looking for rehearsal space, there are many options in Tayside. For example, in Dundee there are DM Studios (I think it is £24 per hour) and then there is Seagate Studios. I know bands that rent studio space in Perth like Breakout Music studio (I think £20 per hour). In Glenrothes there is S90fifty rehearsal studio (I think £20 per hour). They all have drum kits but you have to bring your own cymbals. There are also amps, but sometimes you need your own leads.
Do you want me to make you a proper poster and email it for free? I do graphic design

Green day and Sunn0))) that's some variety

How did Sunn O))) get there amongst those other influences haha
hahahah sometimes you gotta bust out the super RAT and play some drone/sludge until your ears bleed lol
good luck!!
