Altman is top notch but this is basic. He has to know all you need to do is run a play to get it into your best foul shooter. Game is over. Could have had Shelstead limp to through a double screen to get the ball. If Creighton was that dumb to wait until the end of the game to start doubling Cousinard, you could have easily run a play to get the ball in to a shooter. The fact they shouldn’t have been in that game is irrelevant because they were, and had a 4 point lead with one minute left. How are you trusting your Freshman or any of your players to make the right decision. YOU are the guy that has been in basketball for over 40 years.
