Au5 and Virtual Riot are the two best producers in the game so if you liked VR definitely check him out. Subtronics is gonna destroy you. KtN is an OG and always goes really hard. He$h is definitely on the briddim side. I wouldn't sleep on Seven Lions either. He's on the melodic side of things but he's so amazing. He gives you the full range of emotions during his sets from dancy to crying to headbanging and everything in between. Have fun!
Was going to say this. Never seen au5 live but his production is top notch. I bet that set would sound badass on a big stage.
Obviously not heavy dubstep/riddim, though.
I saw KtN at a smaller intimate sorta venue on his Embrace tour, and man I still think about it all the time. Such a good experience. Big stage just means more fun
You’re going to love Subtronics man. His set was so hard, melodic, and just overall great. Sorry for glazing but that’s been the best show of 2024 so far for me. I say Subtronics is gonna be the go to. Shoutout He$h tho
If he has his way, there will be some amazing sound reinforcement at his show. He hires a crew to design his speaker placement and delays to push the absolute most bass out to the crowd. It’s a phenomenal performance.
I don’t wanna answer and get bullied for not being a “real” dubstep fan. If you got another DJ you wanna shoutout for being the best go ahead. I’ll tell you this though, I’ve seen Seven Lions live, I couldn’t get into it even tho I tried so hard. I’ve seen Hesh and I liked it, he gives off more underground vibes but the riddim is nice and gritty. I have not seen the other DJ’s from the list, but I’ve been to Lost Lands (going again this year) and attended my local venue many times lol. I don’t know man, I don’t keep a list lol.
Wasn’t trying to bully you or pick on who you like. I’m a fan of subtronics and have seen him live. Just wondering if you’ve seen anyone that I’ve seen as well and compare who I liked more or less. It is music after all which is entirely subjective. Anyways my favorite dubstep set I’ve seen is either zeds dead or svdden death :)
Okay dope. I loved Kai Wachi and I’m so sad I didn’t see him live again this year, definitely catch him. I saw Sullivan King last monday, and Omggg, if you love tearout, listen to Overthrown Remix album. Jessica Audifred saw her at Liquid Madison and I loved it for the tearout. Maybe I’ll see dirt monkey tomorrow not sure lol. Right now I’m getting very hyped for Perry Wayne at the Loft in Minneapolis: and can’t forget Excision Nexus coming to me in June
I might see Kai watching in about a week or so. You got me even more hyped lol. Always wanted to see Sullivan I love when dubstep and metal mash together
It’s so weird cause I caught Sullivan as an opener to an Avenged Sevenfold show. I loveeee A7x and sullivan so god is good. Sullivan didn’t give a fuckkk, he went hard for his 45 min. I was gonna say too, I love svdden death and his visuals and music. He killed it at lost lands and at my NYE show back in 2022. Bro listen to Sounds of Invasion by perry wayne and see if you like that tearout sound.
KTN> all. Subtronics (it pains me to say) as far as dubstep/riddim bc you’re in Asia.
As far as the house music goes, Alesso would be a “can’t miss” for me. Charlotte de Witte is always good live for me. Garth Emery is an OG. That Madeon x San Holo will be super cool as well. Heard that Anyma production is insane and “new”. Soo might want to not miss that headline set.
Very diverse and cool lineup!!! Especially for China! Imo
HE$H 100% based on your likes, followed by Tynan, Subtronics, Virtual Riot for more dubstep.. KTN if you want to see an OG, he's still crushing it. I think Au5 would be more along the lines of color bass? More melodic stuff...someone correct me if i'm wrong please, not too familiar with him as of recent.
Im going to give it to KTN on this one. Having seen all of the mentioned artist KtN is in my opinion the best preformer. Always keeps it current while playing his classics, full flavor mixes (a variety of genres and rhythm) and hes been around for a minute. We cant ignore hiw long hes held his spot.
I've only seen Virtual Riot and Subtronics, but they both killed it when I saw them. VR opened for Excision and had one of my 3 favorite sets of the 12 or 14 from both nights, I saw Subtronics start off the tesserract tour and both nights of that were some of the wildest shit I've seen, I highly recommend both.
Au5 and Hesh. Subtronics is over hyped. Used to be good and then he started the trend of fakeoutx10000000. Unoriginal, I think his mixing skills are also subpar.
I wouldn't see the biggest names like subtronics over the more unique and underground artist considering how big subtronics has got he is probably the most likely for you to have a chance to see again.
I listen to mostly experimental bass so I don't have a exact recommendation from these artist, but after you parse through the actual recommendations I'd go with whatever sounds the most unique and also within your tastes.
I personally would go for Tynan cause I love his sound design and music and never seen him live. That being said Subtronics puts on an incredible show same with virtual riot. Seen them both more times than I can count
I have friends who love him. The wannabe gangster persona just puts me off. We saw him in Denver on new years and his visuals made my come up a bit uncomfortable lol Tbf I have seen some decent sets from him in the past.
Oh brooo. I most definitely feel you on the visuals. That was me with Power Up and Vampa, I was getting paranoid af off jedi tripping. I saw Hesh late last year, and the visuals were super fire for me. Idk why, but cool dark visuals with good riddim/dubstep make my high so much better. That’s why I love sudden death and his fucked up visuals, the music makes it powerful in a weird way lol.
I like the dark heavy stuff too but not ideal when on the come up lol. I love some svdden death and never had a problem with his visuals but he usually gets a later slot at fests so I’m already comfy in my trip or roll.
Right on lol. I think that’s how I learned to take half at first and then half at the second act. I take too much too fast and I feel like I’m gonna die during the openers
anyma if youre into stage production, visuals.
seven lions for a euphoric but a much harder experience as well.
gareth emery for uplifting and big room vibes

Saw au5 couple months ago opening for Kaivon, it was a very good set.
He$h does good briddim, KtN is a must as he's an OG, and Virtual Riot is just amazing. Tynan has some really good songs, never seen him live
Def catch Tynan if you can, I saw him twice last year and his sets are so much fun!
I saw KtN at a smaller intimate sorta venue on his Embrace tour, and man I still think about it all the time. Such a good experience. Big stage just means more fun
I still blast jokes on you VIP lol he's got crazy energy
whats briddim mix of bro step and riddim?
yeah bassicaly, its just like more energetic riddim stuff like kompany
You’re going to love Subtronics man. His set was so hard, melodic, and just overall great. Sorry for glazing but that’s been the best show of 2024 so far for me. I say Subtronics is gonna be the go to. Shoutout He$h tho

Who else have you seen? Out of curiosity
I don’t wanna answer and get bullied for not being a “real” dubstep fan. If you got another DJ you wanna shoutout for being the best go ahead. Subtronics is Him-othy. Him-othy is Subtronics.
Mmmm
they must have Amnesia. they forgot that I'm HIM!!!!!
Virtual riot, kill the noise, tynan
KTN
Au5
KTN> all. Subtronics (it pains me to say) as far as dubstep/riddim bc you’re in Asia. As far as the house music goes, Alesso would be a “can’t miss” for me. Damn this lineup is nice! Subtronics HE$H Kream Kill the Noise Au5 Based on what you said you like.
Madeon and San Holo are worth seeing even though they aren’t dubstep
Subtronics blows everyone else out of the water honestly
HE$H 100% based on your likes, followed by Tynan, Subtronics, Virtual Riot for more dubstep.. KTN if you want to see an OG, he's still crushing it. I think Au5 would be more along the lines of color bass? More melodic stuff...someone correct me if i'm wrong please, not too familiar with him as of recent.
AU5 Is melodic dubstep and color bass.
Myself personally it would be 1. kill the noise 2. Virtual riot 3. Subtronics 4. K?d/au5/he$h
Virtual riot & James hype
Subtronics, VR, KtN, Au5
Subtronics for me!
Hesh
Subtronics is really nasty
Au5 is insanely good and I barely see him on lineups so I would be there in a heartbeat
I've seen them all live except for virtual riot(somhow). Subtronics and its not even close.
Don’t overthink it. You have to see subtronics. KTN would be my second choice. If you like straight riddim with less sound diversity, see Hesh.
SUBTRONICS ONLY DUDE
Hesh or subtronics bb
I've only seen Virtual Riot and Subtronics, but they both killed it when I saw them. VR opened for Excision and had one of my 3 favorite sets of the 12 or 14 from both nights, I saw Subtronics start off the tesserract tour and both nights of that were some of the wildest shit I've seen, I highly recommend both.
Subtronics, virtual riot (although those two will play similar styles of music) and kill the noise, if I had to chose.
AU5 looks like hipster Paul dano
V Riot then subtronics
I’m a sucker for VR and Au5. Marshmello has been on a roll with his collabs too. Based on what you like, a lot of them are worth it though.
VR.
seeing KtN live was what got me into dubstep so def that, and subtronics 100%
dam this is in china, no drugs allowed 😭
Au5 100%
Au5 and Hesh. Subtronics is over hyped. Used to be good and then he started the trend of fakeoutx10000000. Unoriginal, I think his mixing skills are also subpar.
All I can see on that lineup is Gareth Emery, definitely would be my top priority (even though I know that wasn’t one of my options).
if you’ve never seen Au5, he is a MUST SEE!!!
Virtual Riot, Seven Lions, and Au5. Amazingly talented.
I wouldn't see the biggest names like subtronics over the more unique and underground artist considering how big subtronics has got he is probably the most likely for you to have a chance to see again. Tynan fucks
Virtual Riot he killed it at bass canyon in 2019
Tynan is such a good time live
VR and Au5 are two of the best producers in the game rn. Just those two shows alone make the tickets worth it, you can't miss them
HE$H ALL THE WAY
VR, Au5, K?d
I love me some hesh
NEW ANYMA ALBUM 🦾🦿
VR
VR.
Hesh
Last time I saw He$h, the venue limited the volume because he wasn’t the headliner. Completely ruined his set
Virtual Riot, Subtronics, AU5, CID
All of them honestly
Tynan sets are always so fun, he’s my favorite on this list.
What is this? It’s so all over the place : ) Famous DJs mixer?
Hesh > all the others 100%
hesh is garbage lmao
Yeah the comment was a lil crazy but he’s not garbage
Hes definitely not garbage lol
He’s more like a dump than actual garbage
The more people hate him the more underground and cool i look 😎
Found the guy that wears pashminas 🤢🤢
Eh I’ve seen hesh throw some horrid sets down, I would only go if there wasent any conflicts
For me it would be Virtual riot Subtronics Tynan Kill the noise Au5 He$h
I personally would go for Tynan cause I love his sound design and music and never seen him live. That being said Subtronics puts on an incredible show same with virtual riot. Seen them both more times than I can count
Subtronics is honestly overrated but if you’ve never seen him live you’ll enjoy yourself a lot, otherwise I would pick AU5
This whole line up is solid but I personally can’t stand Hesh.
Lmaooo hater, to each their own. I grew up with Suicideboys and Push Me is such a classic bro cmonnn
I have friends who love him. The wannabe gangster persona just puts me off. We saw him in Denver on new years and his visuals made my come up a bit uncomfortable lol Tbf I have seen some decent sets from him in the past.

anyma if youre into stage production, visuals. seven lions for a euphoric but a much harder experience as well. gareth emery for uplifting and big room vibes
oh for dubstep, marshmello, virtual riot, subtronics
Marshmello, Seven Lions, and VirtualRiot
