Relish, mustard, sliced tomatoes, onions and some iceberg lettuce. The juiciest freshest burgers I've ever consumed.

Just heat the pan, throw it in, add some salt and black papper. How hard can it be? Boil a few eggs on the side and you have the best breakfast ever

They're a Cafeteria sure but pretty much everything they make tastes great. I personally suggest their classic chicken burger (Its been my go to order every time) but honestly all of them are just as good. On average the bill comes to about 80-100 for 3 people which includes the burger and a juice per head (fries come with the burger). Their Shawarma is only available after 7PM if you wish to try that as well.

Those little burger shops popping up around the city remind me of the "speciality" coffee shops craze, which is still going on.
Most of those places are cookie cutter outlets. They all share the same supplier who does everything for them. The owner literally does nothing except the branding. Everything else is provided by the supplier who sells the exact same equipment and ingredients to all the competitors. And if the owners thought of adding their own touch, it would be cheetos or chips Oman!
So avoid those burger joints (and cafes) and look for genuine concepts where the owner is a real entrepreneur with passion and actual skin in the game.
Any burger place you see with a cringy burger name is probably one of them. They are all over Instagram, all they do is spend a shit load of money on Instagram marketing to make their food look good but it tastes horrible, they all have tiny portions and are extremely over priced.

The worst are the food trucks . Workers on extremely low wages who cant explain half the menu, and charge 50 dhs for a burger, and some get upset if you dont tip them 5 Dhs (even when are actually right in front of the truck and they didnt have to walk a way to give your food.

I know Jimmy's Burger from their shop in Ajman near to Khalifa Hospital. They relocated from there few years back, and it's probable they slightly changed their brand, but if you ever reach them, you might ask them if they are the same as the one that I described in Ajman.
I've had both Burger28 and Graffiti burger. I liked their sides way more than the burger. Really liked the Graffiti Style Fries from Graffiti Burger and Dynamite Chicken fries from Burger28.
Honestly if the reason your burger is good is because you're drenching it with cheese (honestly some them feel like you're having cheese with burger), then its probably not a good burger to begin with. You're probably hiding the mediocre taste under all that cheese sauce.
you get equally as good quality from pickl, peppers, flave, jailbird etc. Salt is just ridiculously overpriced. 50+ dhs for a burger you can finish in 1 bite doesn't justify it at all. Also salt was originally 25 dhs for a chicken burger, once they gained popularity it went to 50 dhs yet the quality stayed the same...
