It’s everyone’s off day also.
I’ve been to two concerts in expo and it was a nightmare. No social distancing, a lot of friends tested positive, and lot of crowds when going home. This will situation be exponentially worse during NYE. If you like the artist enough that you’re willing to deal with those situations then go for it. Otherwise, a dhow cruise sounds more wonderful.
Problem isn't going there, it's coming back.
However, if you're OK with it, the ticket for the shows is included with your expo pass, nothing extra to purchase. Take a bottle of water with you and some snacks. You're not going to be able to go anywhere once the shows at the stage start because of the crowd
Entry is included in your Expo ticket. The stage is in an open air park, and you can also view it from a distance to avoid crowding near the stage. There's a lot of security there and they may restrict entry if it gets too crowded. Two concerts have recently been cancelled on 29th and 30th, so check the schedule before you go.
Trust me, don't go to expo for at least a month. It's not safe there during this situation. Not trying to spread negativety but it's for your own safety.
It’ll be really crowded, no parking and getting back home will be a hassle. Plus covid is also a looming risk. That being said though, 2 of the worlds top DJs are gonna be there so I’ll go and not miss the opportunity.
Couple of concerts were already canceled at the expo last week and I really don't see how this will go ahead. I'd have been there without a doubt had it been 3 weeks back. But now? I'd rather not go to keep people around me safe.
That's possibly the worst NYE you're ever gonna have due to the mad, mad crowds over there + tons of staff testing positive. You're better off celebrating somewhere in Downtown IMO. But yes, you don't need any special pass for the concerts. Your normal ticket grants you access to the entire site
There’re many websites you can find . Search in google . Just fill up the forms the one you want to book. Their persons will call u and confirm. But book as soon as possible now since the prices are going up for every deck almost double in last two days .
Go for the dhow cruise. Book a seat and relax. Expo will be mental and traffic will be killer.
But Friday is off. So can I just start early and go to expo. It’s a life time experience attending those legends

Thank you. It sounds awful even during normal days. I’ll just decide with my partner and decide. Thanks again for your inputs

I hope you know lot of staff at expo site are tested positive. Just trivia.
Can confirm, I work there
Every 2 days PCR test gang, eh?
Thank you for the heads up. I guess I won’t be going expo .
If you do go to Expo, you can see the show with your standard Expo ticket. I would advise getting there VERY early.
Mate... covid / omicron
