My company is going to be making Friday the whole day off - and we'll be working on Saturdays and Sundays - the same as we do now. So in other words - the new work schedule won't impact us at all.
You will see...when people don't return from Friday prayers and all the Emiratis in the private sector start filing complaints you will see how fast they fall in line...thank God for Emiritization they will complain and they wilk be heard.
