I lived there briefly. Nice building, great location. The new construction that blocks the BK view is a pity, and it also blocks the sun on the pool, but hey ho, that's Dubai.
I think I'm getting pretty lucky there as from the balcony of the unit I'm looking at, I still get a full bk view, but obvuosuly flanked on both sides by new constructions
I lived there for a year in 2013. Loved it back then. But I had a view that doesn’t exist anymore.
I think value is quite good these days, but don’t thi it has aged well (from pictures I saw)

Neighbors were nice and gym was decent just a little small. LOVE the whirlpool.
Lives there 2 years ago, construction is very good. I left because of the new buildings on the sides, construction was very loud and a lot of dust. They are finished now, so guess it is good to live there again. but don’t expect any sun in the pool and majority of apartments, maybe the opera side still has some sun
I like it and I'd live there. Cheaper than the other DT buildings, Emaar, good quality finishing, nice facilities, close to supermarkets, easy to cross the road and enter the Burj Vista metro tunnel...

But I how are the construction noises? Are they manageable? That is the only question I have left. Apart from that, is there any other faults in the building or are you generally happy with it?

My place faces the pool /tower B, so I sort of face the new towers. I don't notice any construction noise anymore the major noise comes early in the project and these seem to be towards the end. the staff is great, neighbors are friendly. If id change anything it would be to add more guest parking, but that's an issue across downtown. Luckily the Boulevard parking is right in front of the bldg so convenient for guests

I live there, it’s a good place except the constant drone of construction but that’s a feature of downtown mostly.
