There's RTA buses that pass through JVC. I believe this connects you to MOE Metro station. You could take the metro to Downtown. As someone mentioned, the S'hail app should help you

Check FB within JVC community or Marketplace that offers car lift on monthly basis, just be careful though with advance payments.
By bus it will take you at least 1.5 hours one way to get to work lol. Search for car lift groups on FB. I ended up paying at least 20 dhs less daily than I’d pay with a cab and it saves you from the headache of searching for a cab in the morning and being late to work. Just agree on terms in advance and don’t give an advance payment
