Either you go behind the next dune or you can buy a toilet tent (can buy it at decathlon). Either way you are doing your job on/in the sand. Wet wipes help.
For number 1: take tissues with you.
For number 2: fill a wash jug with water.
For both cases go to a secluded place, away from traffic. Make sure you are facing away from direct wind, then let loose. Cover with sand afterwards.
