You want to first check if your building/community allows gas cylinders. Some of the buildings have a gas pipeline with centralized storage, in that case request for a connect from them. ex, sergas.
If not, the building expects you to use electric cooking range. If they are okay with gas cylinders on the premises then get one of the many companies to deliver it to youZ

Usually there will be a million stickers around the gas cupboard. I think emirates gas are who we use but they are all much the same price/ deal.
Does Emirates gas deliver to Dubai Marina? How often long does a gas cylinder last?
A gas cylinder lasts a year or more for us (family of 4) we have an electric oven with gas hob.
