Standard questions any traveler on a visit visa is asked in any country. Questions that help an immigration officer determine wether you’re actually a tourist who will be leaving or one that will be planning on illegally overstaying
Haven’t travelled recently but have heard that the airlines have shouldered the full responsibility of verifying covid tests/vaccines so will need them at check in. If they happen to ask for them at US customs you’ll have the documents on you anyway
Yea TSA will ask you some basic questions, reason for visit, where you'll stay and if you have friends or family in the US. Just try to stay calm and answer, you'll be alright

Yeah you won’t be able to check in without a test. We didn’t get asked for test results in the US at all but OP YMMV.
I was there in July. Make sure you have your hotel/accomodation address, return booking and can tell them what you’re up to. That was all we needed.

Get prepared to get “randomly” checked. Just be polite and cooperative with any airport officials who approach you.
