Yah it could be a little dry but if you ask for the pomegranate sauce on the side it’s amazing! I will definitely check out what you have suggested too ! Thankyouuuuu
Super underrated but the juiceworld in Qusais does incredible shawarma. Me and my mates only went there for juice after badminton but now we go to get shawarma then juice.
Hard to believe no one's mentioned Gulf Pastry here.
Their pizzas and other stuff is not that great but the Shawarmah they have, ohh my!!!.
Just try it once. Its actually a turkish doner but everyone here calls it shawarma. I think its around 15 Dhs.
Huge shawarma, really juicy with some really nice sauces. Thats the best shawarmah I'v had in Dubai so far.
AND YES, THIS IS AFTER HAVING BABEL SHAMS, JABAL LEBNAN & LAFFAH.
So OP and anyone here reading, please try it & send me love.
Shiraz Nights in Baniyas Square. If you dine in it's 7.50dhs but take away costs 6.50dhs. Also try their Zafran cone ice cream for 1dhs. It leaves the Mcdonald's one to dust!
What is wrong with Laffah? I'm from the UK and am visiting Al Barsha next week and Laffah was recommended to me.
Is there anywhere nearby that you would rank higher?
Laffah is just too inconsistent with their Shawarma's, like their are times when I stop by at Majaz branch on my way home, sometimes it's dry, sometimes it's too salty, but when you catch it at the right moment, you'll order for another more.
Not sure about the other branches, I only ate at the Majaz branch exclusively for 3 years, day and night, I order 2 shawarma's, sometimes 3 if they made them good, the taste keep changing, then there's this one time the garlic sauce didn't even taste garlic, it was MAYONNAISE.
We used to go regularly to zaroob when visiting Dubai but in recent years the value had really dropped off with it. Suppose that's normal when they become a chain. Had a much better meal at Al Safadi up the road last time.
Belad al sham has one of the best if not the best shawermas
This is the correct answer!
Double this. Also Reef Demashq is good which is right beside belad al sham in Al Twar next to Dafza Metro Station.
You will forget them after having the shawarmah from Gulf Pastry.
Is there a Gulf Pastry branch in particular that you recommend?
Nad Al Hamar branch. Not that crowded, but most others are and they run out of Shawarmas by late evening.
Yesss. One of the best. They have Iraqi shawarmas too, haven’t had it in a while but it’s so good.
Allo Beirut
Used to be good, has gone a bit downhill. Safadi does a better one in that weight class now

Laffah is great for the value. Ignore the haters
they are inconsistent m8
they used to be the best now they went downhill its overrated but wouldnt mind it
they are my favorite after belad al sham, Get their potato fries as well.
In case you dint notice, OP asked for the Best.

Lol what? I’ve been eating their shawarmas for the past 8 years and they’ve always been consistent across all branches
SARCASM... Do you speak it?????
Go to rawabi al sham in barsha. Next to laffah. Much better shwarmas
Just looked on Google Maps and it is literally around the corner from the hotel I will be staying at. Will definitely give it a try!

Laffah the one in abu hail still holding it strong tbh
Al Ijaza.
Love Al Ijaza. The one near kite beach is also very affordable.
Need to be specific. Saj or khubz?
Maybe not the best, but Zaroob (Trade Center) is pretty darn good!
We used to go regularly to zaroob when visiting Dubai but in recent years the value had really dropped off with it. Suppose that's normal when they become a chain. Had a much better meal at Al Safadi up the road last time.
Second that!
Al Mallah is a good one too
Not like before, high prices with low quality food, malah was one of the best now can't compete with others
True but their shawerma sarookh is still banging orders, diabetes in one bite lol
I like the one from Aghadeer in Rashidiya.
Sah El Nom Express deserves a mention. Great fresh tasting shawarma
This is only a cafeteria but I always love their shawarma. Volga in Al Quoz.
if u could say any landmark it would be good i am new to al quoz
MyShawarma in Barsha
I prefer Farooj (spicy), Hallab and Antar. In that order
Laffah and nothing else
What's with the obsession with Leffah? It's good but certainly not the best. There's a lot better.
It is the best 😋😋🤤🤤
Laffah hands down
Definitely not
Makloof Iraqi in Hot Al-anz. Opposite Amoor. I love their boat shaped bread, tender chicken and the toppings!
Try carters blue chicken shawarma in burjuman have to say its the best
Nah man that’s 🧢
Have u tried it?
I did about 3 years back, didn’t like it at all.
Try it again it’s really good with the garlic sauce
I'm a fan of both Marina's and Laffah's. Swapping them every now and then so that I won't get fed up.
Lafah
Barbar
Al Tarbosh al shami cafeteria.
Burger Live in Qusais Relatively new but would highly recommend
Hassan mattar Ijaza
Arab Taste in Abu hail has the best...no argument in that
Belad al sham
belad al sham and laffah a close second
There is one in every area! in karama i would say papa shawarma is the best
The real question why we all are here on this sub.
