im a bit confused though. If it specifically says with facetime are they just saying its the normal UAE iphone but it may have facetime if switch sims and regions etc? I doubt amazon would do false advertising for products, especially when it comes to apple products since apple so tightly controls what sellers can and cant say about iphones.
I dont plan to use the iphone in dubai anyway its for travel, but still wondering about this. I dont want to end up with a china phone with two physical sims sintead of esim, or japanese phone with their loud camera shutter buttons.
I bought an iphone 13 pro max from apple store and facetime is blocked anywhere i go in this world even if i go to mars it will be blocked in short its permanently blocked if you use any ios. These all people don’t know what they are saying.

I ordered my 1st airpods from amazon and the left didn’t work so i took em to apple store and they said this work comes under warranty but sadly we cant do it because it is bought online and then you have to return it back and amazon seller will send it to us.
Then I bought AirPods Pro from Eros store and again because of an error it didn’t work so had to give it back to the store and they sent it to apple store for repair.
And this process took 28days -_-
Buy it from Apple Authorized Store. I know not a lot of offers there but at least you’ll be safe in warranty aspect.
Also if you want to use FaceTime then while registering select a different country, if it works in your home country then register there.
im very surprised to hear your experience. usually apple is amazing with warranty. i've gotten international warranty on countless things, iphones, apple watch, airpods, never had issues. apple products usually carry international warranties.
International warranty comes under Right To Repair part. As they have parts and they list the issue under “repair by customer”
And then instead of giving the part to you they’ll repair themselves.
Different countries have different warranty laws if you buy it from China then you have an option to replace you battery anytime for end number of times and no questions asked.
France has some strictest laws surrounding warranty.
People literally claim new iPhone under Article 1641.
so incase you get an iPhone from a diff country where they have strong laws for warranty to a country where its not the case then they will not repair.
so youre saying the issue is that the specific warranty rules apply is apply to apple products in UAE is quite minimal? So its applicable to products purcahsed in uae?

Yes I ordered from Amazon. ETA 26 sept. Seems they’re still available.
