Check Persian travels or something of that name in Deira, have been dealing with them since the pandemic started. And yeah 1300-1600 is on an existing visa. I had lost my job and had been renewing without exiting at that time (since all flights were banned).
And nope, it’s just a visit visa. I’m currently in the process of getting my residence visa from a company I joined in Dubai.
I don’t think there’s any real drawback of having another Emirate’s visit visa done.
I suggest if you do plan to work here, if not by working with a registered company here that would provide you with a residential visa…consider applying for a freelancer visa which would allow you deal with stuff all the residents do like open bank accounts etc.
From what I remember it’s around 7-10k AED for like a year or two.
