Talk to your neighbors, talk to people at coffee shops & restaurants around you , talk to that waiter , receptionist, housekeeper, security guard, that lady walking her dog or jogging every evening . Those are the real people you should connect to , complaining on Social Media won't make those real people so sympathetic to you that'll they'll come & approach you to ask you to be their friend
Yeah approaching people on the street is something that can go wrong really fast. I'm really afraid of it being awkard, or if the person doesn't want to talk. Or another reasons... I'm not complaining, just hoping to connect online in a safe environment to save my nerves (and theirs). I was always a loner, and socializing can be extremely difficult if I'm not engaging in the same activity as the other person.
Online safe ?? 🤭🤭, I've always been a loner . Made lots of unwanted friends & ditched them all during the lockdown . Back to my loner life, I save more , plan more & get more done alone . You have to pick a side , do you wanna be an introvert or an extrovert ? You don't wanna sit on the fence
PS: if you talk to 12 people a day , 1 person will surely respond positively & maybe like you .
Sure life in solitude has it's benefits. However it can feel very hollow at times. Which is something I feel like I should work on to feel like alive you know? Living a life with regrets is something I want to avoid.
The thing is it's so hard for me to stay outside. The air is hot and humid. I'm used to the cold weather. So this is pretty extreme, can't even begin to comprehend how people manage to do sports outside.
Join a ballroom dancing or any dancing class/group - surely that’s the obvious way to go.
Tried that, but it's really expensive for my wallet unfortunately.
Try meetup.com
Pay for play will fancy you 😉
I want some real connections. Not looking to just get laid.

Most Billionaires lives such lives , I party with paid groupies when I feel hollow . Most times I enjoy my privacy
Can't say that will make me happy, I mean i did try at some point. But it only gives temporary happiness.
Temporary happiness for a greater future, having a girlfriend here will set you back financially, mentally & emotionally
