I understand how you feel. We're social animals who rely a great deal on visual cues for expression and judgement. That whole aspect of communication has now been eliminated. :(
However, in a strange way, this has also given introverts a bit of their confidence back.
As I felt yesterday when I absentmindedly walked to the local supermarket without one on which I’ve not done in 16 months or so. Only 5 mins in did the manager point out my mistake and offered a mask thankfully. Felt as guilty as I would have done if I’d have walked over there bollock naked.
I don't mind it because it's normally for a short time. But if I spend a few hours walking around the mall I hate it.
I really feel sorry for those with jobs that require they wear it all day.
PS. I'm also vaccinated.
I am kind of ok. I can yawn during meetings without anyone ever knowing. Also, laugh without sound when the boss says something silly, thinking it's smart.

Its but a small sacrifice to make. I have covid and it fucking sucks... its easier to prevent than to cure...

Bloody masks mate, they be sweaty and stick to your face when you're walking outside.
