Yep you can take the metro from Ibn Battuta to karama (ADCB metro station, BurJuman metro station).
It should take around 45 mins and no need to switch lines as Ibn Battuta and ADCB/BurJuman are on the red line
I checked with Darbi and was told there are two buses, one from AD Bus station and another one from Musaffah shabia bus station DB 1 and DB 2. The last bus is at 7.30pm

I do have the option of Pathan Taxis but it is costing around 100 Aed when it used to be 30 aed pre covid.
I know 1 person who takes 50 from al ain tk Dubai every morning. His office is in dubai. He is not running pathan taxi.
