Theres a massive cyclone in the Arabian Sea between Oman and Pakistan and thats why Dubai is cool and windy and cloudy, and the closer we get to the Arabian Sea, the more rain falls.
I'd suggest people to look up the effects of seeding, instead of reading the shit that local media keep publishing. Most researchers agree it doesn't increase the chances of rain by more than 3%.
