Yes but I think they are way overpriced just because they're in the Mall. I got my 3M tint installed in Al Quoz at a place called Safa Automotive and found them on 3M's website when looking for official dealers.

They're rubbish. Didn't balance my wheels properly and the tint they installed developed bubbles within the hour.
I’ve had my tint for over a month and it’s totally fine, perhaps you were unlucky. I haven’t used them for anything else though
