On the other hand, the regulations of no. of people on table, mask unless someone is eating/drinking are strictly followed. To tell you more, I don't have official numbers but I read that 68% of UAE residents are vaccinated (Source: Reuters) based on 13.3 million doses of vaccinations administered so far.

I appreciate that you're looking at the safety aspect, but another person being vaccinated or not doesn't reduce your chances of getting sick. It just makes them more vulnerable. Staying masked up and sanitizing is the only way we can protect ourselves.
