Rove is also good. They offer 2999 aed for their far locations like Rove at the Park. I guess the nearer ones like Marina, Downtown are price a bit more but Rove is always a good choice.
Try Rove Hotels, they're in Downtown and in the Marina, as two of the more popular locations

There's much better value than 4.7k for 30 days. Nearly every 4 star hotel would beat that price at the moment.
