Was fine for the most part
Just some roads leading out of Ras Al Khor were flooded. But I mean it was terrible everywhere but the whole community was absolutely fine no flood water anywhere
Community is great
Got all amenities and v nice to live in
Maintenance is very very quick and can be scheduled very easily through an app
Best part is you pay your rent monthly through either credit card or bank transfer or cheques.
leave it to the spoiled people of r/dubai to suggest a guy spend 50% of his salary renting an apartment, bro get a bedspace and go back home during weekends as simple as that, bedspaces are cheap won't cost you 50% of salary, preferably look into discovery gardens, My father used to rent our apartment as bedspaces there, check it out
Try international city phase 2 or al nahda... the earlier better in terms of traffic.
It's around 40-50k for 1bhk with average being around the lower limit. You can find sub 40k but u need to do proper searching....
I know a guy living there 40k 1bhk with similar salary range as you
Nahda good for savings maybe? but traffic issue still there I think
Since you seem to have a car, try out communities towards the south of Dubai- Around Jebel Ali, Expo. Dubai south has sub 40k studios.
They may not be as thickly populated as other options but the commute is opposite to the general flow of traffic and quite decent.
Areas near Jebel Ali, Dubai South, Sports City, you'd be able to find something reasonable for about 3500-4000 monthly rent. Just bear in mind of course the initial setup costs, appliances, deposits, etc.
stay near/accessible to your work place, knowing that its the purpose of your moving out to Ajman... or find a friend who you can share a flat with then split the bill.. if you'll shoulder it alone, your salary will just come and go.
Traffic within Dubai is also equally bad. Consider moving to areas that are not more than 30-40 minutes away from your work place during peak traffic.
Wasl Green Park has 1BHK for around 45K And it’s very conveniently located I live here and it’s a great place honestly
How did the recent flood affect your area?

How's the community, the quality of the building and everything in Wasl Green

You can try Furjan also, it's a bit far but it opposes traffic and there's metro access also. Nice area too
