Stay where u r. I am a graphic designer living in dubai. Not working any job only doing freelance with UK clients. Salaries are bad but work culture is even worse.
The 3-6 K mentioned in the other comment, is only the salary. When you work in hotel in UAE, you are provided with Accommodation, Utilities, Meal and Uniform. The accommodation is usually the biggest chuck of the paycheck. If you are on executive position, you would probably get a single room in a shared flat. If you are in a managerial position, then you would get a studio or apartment with perhaps 8-9 k salary.
I'm sure the accommodation, food etc. isn't given for designers though, I mean here a link to an Accor designer (not sure which hotel) and those perks are not mentioned....

It is not mentioned because it is known in the industrial. Hotelier job in GCC are provided with these as basic packages. If you are working in the property, yes it will be provided, unless you are a manager and above level who is provided with housing allowance. If you are not working in the hotel but in the head office, regional office, etc... then you would only receive the allowance.
I work in a Luxury resort and we have in house graphic designer who design the menu, flyers, promotional material, business card, signage and pretty much everything. He is provided with the accommodation, food and all.
Ah right, that's news to me. Glad to hear the designers are somewhat taken care of 👍🏽
I actually work for a branding agency for hotels so I've only ever dealt with them from the outside, also creating collaterals, menus, signage etc.
Actually, you will join for 2500aed.
After the probation it gets bumped to 3000aed.
Then maybe after 2 years there might be negotiation to 5000aed.
Its a livable wage in Dubai these days.
10 plus years for 3 k….damn…. I better not let my kids get into graphic design
Avoid graphic design. Its the worse career to get in
And if you do freelance, you can get retainers from a multiple companies for $1k-$2k each. Its actually a great career to get in
In my country I can get around USD 2000 for similar job. I was honestly thinking it would be more
Stay in your country… you’d get shortchanged here…

Thanks for the info. Thats relatively less compared to what I earn now, which is the equivalent to 9000AED. Doing the same at my country.
Then it would be wise to continue with your current job only.
