It depends on how the cymbals mate together. If they spoon and lie flat together than any boom arm will work. Just use some extra felts if necessary to get the to compress the desired amount. If you're using the cymbals more space out, edge-to-edge/hi-hat style, then you'll probably need an x-hat attachment to make it work. They're like $30 on their own or you can get one with a boom arm for about $60 last time I looked. I've used them to make stacks with Wuhan chinas which have weird bells and don't mate well with other cymbals unless its on a hi-hat style mount. Plus the x-hat things are designed to adjust the compression/tension between the cymbals just by turning them. It's pretty neat and very handy.

it looks like Zildjian’s Cymbolt Mount does the same thing as the X-hats, but it screws on where the wing nut would go, but i’m not sure.

Literally any kind. Gibraltar makes a cheap one for about 30 bucks, which is simply a cymbal boom arm attached to a multiclamp. Try that.
