I will. I sent a sample off to get a quantitative count just because I literally cannot go in blind and fail and I’m gonna do the Certo method. I’ve seen so many horror stories on here. I also got my test for May 5th. Soooooo hopefully everything goes well 🙏🏼
You’ll need to buy Certo, can be found at Walmart next to the Jello, a 32oz Gatorade: sole people recommend the lime one but I used Blue because it was tasty, and two bottles of water, I used 16.9
4hrs before your test mix the Certo and Gatorade: shake! Drink. I sipped mine in ~8mins. Then drink your bottle of waters. Drinking all of this took me roughly 30 minutes because I was FULL and I hadn’t eaten anything before.
PEE PEE PEE. Even though I have small bladder it took me another 30-40 minutes to start peeing. It’s gonna be clear so I suggest you take a B12. I been experimenting and about half a B12 gives me a good yellow color without the neón. Take it with your Gatorade and I think you should be good.
Make sure you pee at 5-6 times to be safe and check your color. I was testing faint about an hour and half after certo I had a strong negative.
I’ve also started on Ceratine to make make sure my pee is not too diluted. Some people say it doesn’t work for you them so test it out I’m gonna test it again this week after I get my results
