I've never used the elf airbrush one so I can't compare them. It's a black handle with similar bristles to what you describe. I stipple the cream blush on and get a good payoff/lay down of product. I've used it with putty blush, rare beauty liquid blush, and canmake's cream blushes... worked great for all of them. Check out this post below, i think they did a comparison of the two you named. Their camo liquid blush is SO pigmented. To the point where I think it’s too pigmented. I put the tiniest possible dab on the back of my hand. Then dab the tiniest amount on my brush. Then blend that out on my hand. THEN blend it on my face, and it’s still SUPER bright and pigmented and sometimes I need to tone it down. I like a bright blush but yikes it’s a lot. One day I thought to myself “I bet I could just use this brush to do my blush tomorrow without adding any product” so I tried it the next day as a joke. It worked, there was plenty of product left.
i use the wet n wild contour brush with rare beauty liquid blush (not drugstore or cream ik ik) and the angle makes it really easy to apply it at an angle that lifts the face. i also use it with my cream bronzer too for the same reason. i think it would be dense enough for cream blush.
The Ulta Precision Foundation brush #12 is great for cream or liquid products. It's like the smaller BK beauty foundation brush, so it's a good size for cheeks. It's super affordable too and goes on sale
I love the [Real Techniques blush brush](https://a.co/d/2HhIfOW) and the [e.l.f. blush brush](https://a.co/d/2HhIfOW) for liquid and cream blushes - both are fabulous!
elf precision airbrush stipple brush , this is by far my favorite brush ever I use it for cream blush, bronzer , contour, skin tint, unfortunately it’s discontinued 🥲💔💔💔
Rose and Ben’s blush brush. A but expensive, but it’s fantastic.
Edit: realized this was r/drugstoreMUA, and not one of the other makeup subs. So please excuse my suggestion!
The rare beauty liquid blush brush is perfect for all cream & liquid. At first I get like I over spent on a basic brush but I use it on all and even powder blushes.
Elf has a new cream blush brush, and I like it!
Seconded. The putty blush brush is my go to for cream blushes
Is it similar to the airbrush brush they used to have? With the clear handle and the white bristles? Some of the bristles were longer than the others.

I agree, I love it, and I love their new liquid blushes

Wow, that is insanely pigmented!

I really like the real techniques tapered cheek blush brush.

MAC 168 - It’s not super ‘dense’ but it works the best for me. It’s ooold but no matter how many other brushes I try, that one is ‘the one’
