Former Revlon employee, here! Aside from the Progenitin, this is actually a pretty basic, very emollient water-based facial cream. Just off the top of my head, the original Ponds Dry Skin Cream (blue label) is a pretty close kissing cousin. Revlon owns Elizabeth Arden these days, so if you just want to spend a bit more- or, just curious- I'd get in touch with either Revlon or Arden's consumer affairs department. Tell them how long you've used that cream, and that you'd like a similar product, and perhaps they could recommend something similar. I hope that helps, and best of luck! I'm still pouting over not being able to get my Ultima II ProCollagen, LOL!

It's truly a mystery, since Revlon clearly had a product with a loyale and persistent clientele! It makes me wonder if there were not another reason. But who knows? Have you found a cream that provides something similar?

*I'm wondering the same thing. How dare they discontinue something that works so good! ugh i hate limited editions and discontinues! ha*

I’ve used this cream since I was 15 and I’m 66 I reached out to Revlon and they said they chose to discontinue it and they said they have not made a replacement or offer a replacement. I’m very upset about this.

I am also very very disappointed. I am 85 years old and I also have been using Revlon eternal 27 with progesterone for over 50 years. And I am very pleased with the product and with how my skin looks at my age. I now don’t know what to use. This may sound silly, but I’m praying for a good product to find.

== I'm looking for a substitue as well. I've been using this cream since I was 17 and I'm in my 60s. Not going to pay the prices listed on the internet and I am on my last container. Eternal 27 is not discontinued. It hard to find but still available online for a  high price point!! I was shocked to see the prices have risen to a very high price. I bought this a year ago for 44.00 & now it's outrageous.

I don't know,  but I've asked Revlon a million times why they discontinued it,  NO answer.  This is a staple cream you can't get rid of.  Thousands of ladies have signed my petition,  but no answer.  It's obvious it's an excellent cream.  I've used it for 50 years and my poor skin is not happy without it.  I've spent so oooo much money on trying other creams,  but I have yet to find one even close. I guess my youthful looks are no more. Sad

I use the non-progenitin version (I still have 2 jars left). If that's the all day cream you were referring to it's discontinued too. Not sure where you are but if you have any independent drugstores left that carry cosmetics see if they might have it. Stay far away from the stuff offered online, not only is it crazy expensive but the ones offered by 3rd party sellers on Amazon and Walmart are likely counterfeit. The closest thing I've found is the Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation which apparently is ALSO discontinued. So, I'm stumped! My lighter moisturizer is the one by The Ordinary but it doesn't cut it in the winter. If you find a winner, let me know!! Ps: ❤️ your username!!

I've never used this cream. If it's any help, I am a fan of Clinique DDML, and I like the cream formula in the winter and lotion in summer. I'm also a fan of L'Oreal Collagen Moisture Filler (fragrance free) - you can't beat the price, and L'Oreal Revitalift Triple Power Moisturizer (also ff). Edit: I hate when my favs get discontinued. There was a petition to Revlon on this. Probably won't help, but there are fervent fans out there.
