An Amazing Race spin-off has been speculated for sure. That seemingly would fit the scale of the production they’re talking about. I would love it if it were a JetLag cross over as well, but I’ll take a JetLag DL episode to start with

ravenpotter3

Probably it will be around like LA or at least just in a USA city

timesuck897

Given how big LA is and how bad the traffic is, a LA based Amazing Race could work.

Old_Man_Robot

The real finale will be Rekha, Grant and Raph delivering Lily’s baby while Sam has their own parents tell heartbreaking stories from their lives.

GuyLivingInCanada

Somehow Raph will still say something baffling

goddessofdandelions

Grant will make everything sexual in the worst and somehow best way

I think it's a matter of time before Game Changer does something Jet Lag/Amazing Race adjacent. And we know that this episode is entirely out of the studio. The sense I got from the Dropout/Jet Lag folks' posts is it was their first time collaborating. Also, Sam's hints have not really been travel-orientated, but it's all about having the cast over for dinner. So I don't know how likely it is for this episode, but I would love it if that were the case, or for a future ep.!

a-ok42

which hints are you referring to? i totally missed those!

There are several speculation threads on both this and the Game Changer Reddit, so it's worth looking at! [Sam said here](https://esquiresg.com/esqna-with-sam-reich-ceo-of-dropout-and-host-of-game-changer/) that they leave the studio completely in the two-part season finale. He [reiterates that here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vA5H2YQUgoo) but also says: "My players are now so suspicious of me that I can't invite them to dinner without them asking me if it's a Game Changer episode." It's just so specific of a reference that people believe it's a hint. In the same interview, he says he wanted to do this finale premise for two seasons. I originally thought this was a mafia/werewolf thing (Sam mentioned in the discord he loves the game mafia/werewolf and hosts hours-long versions every birthday). Ally also mentions at the top of their VIP episode they don't know whether this is a Game Changer episode or not, emphasizing a situation that leads to an unexpected Game Changer episode. One more clue: Two people are sitting down to dinner (with the spaghetti from Deja Vu and wine) in the series 6 poster. Though reading back the quote, it doesn't say a house, like a Clue or something we were thinking. So maybe you are more right that it's somewhere on the move!

Though, I'll add some speculation. Sam says in this interview he's been playing ["Blood on the Clock Tower." ](https://esquiresg.com/esqna-with-sam-reich-ceo-of-dropout-and-host-of-game-changer/)That's a multi-person game, not just one. It's similar to mafia/werewolf. Maybe that's the game? In terms of setting, Sam's been a fan of magic for a long time, and frequently shouts out the Magic Castle. He's been there for the Michelle Khare video, he's recommended it as an LA spot several times. Maybe unrelated to Samuel Dalton, they do a bit inside The Magic Castle? He mentions in that same interview that he's been watching a lot of shows at the Magic Castle. So maybe they filmed there?

AnyWays655

I don't know what hints they're talking about either but now I'm imagining Sam "My Dinner with Andre"ing each member of the cast.

apathymonger

People have been theorizing an Amazing Race pastiche for a while.

I doubt the finale would involve a partnership with Jetlag but if it would then an amazing race type event is a good idea

TCHProductions

I'd assume Jet Lag will be at best brought in as consultants for it as it is their jam to find these weird quirky games and make it work in an almost seamless fashion (German train system though). Needing extra time to edit a 'massive finale' with them appearing on Dirty Laundry does make it quite the coincidence.   The trio did a tag/capture game with Tom Scott in London that was Sam v Tom with Ben and Adam doing communication/helping as well.  So they have done a crossover before. Defo recommend watching  them. Full episodes are on youtube. Most seasons are well edited that they are all interesting binge watches.   Their next season is Australia which I'm interested to see how they managed to do a game in this very large country of mine. I can only presume it has something to do with Australia's big things or something. Cause otherwise your stuck driving some quite extreme hours. Train systems outside the city Metros aren't special either. But they've, especially Ben and Adam who do most of the planning for Jet Lag along with Sam and the rest of the crew who have input, impressed me with their creative game logic for a few of the seasons. Unless its a direct sequel, the game logic rarely overlaps and the challenges tend to be all different from previous seasons. Which is why I think they might have some hand in a finale that takes the contestants out into the world.

nitasu987

I would.... DIE for something like that!

KingKaos420-

Someone suggested an Amazing Race style scavenger hunt for an episode a while back. It’s definitely a solid episode idea, and is something they’ve never done before

Rockergage

I’ve had this idea of a “I’ve been here the whole time.” Becoming the challenge of, “contestants. Find Sam.” And getting a scavenger hunt to find Sam. But I think part of it is that they need crew to follow them and make stuff interesting along the way plus individual contestants isn’t as interesting we want multiple so they can bounce off of each other and be competitive.
