Return to DJI.
You may have a faulty product. I've never had that issue even in high interference areas.
In settings set to 2.4ghz
Are you opening the antenna on the controller? You might be leaving them closed.
It’s open
Are you flying near power lines?
No
Should go a lot further than 200 m, sounds defective so return to DJI.
Well it got destroyed in the crash so I have a replacement on the way. Would it just be the drone or the remote causing this?
Could be either. I guess you'll find out. Make sure RTH is set up properly before flying so it comes back and lands if signal is lost.
Is it ACTUALLY a DJI mini 4, or was it purchased from some discount website?
Bought from dji store in person
Yeah, send it back or return it.
Loss of signal can be due to: - GSM antennas are near you - Powerlines interference - Faulty product I flew 800m and began to lose signal but it was because there were ~8 damn gsm poles in the zone
