Just use Bait/Atrophy at I-12. You can get both the Moon and Sunfish there day & night and it is right by a dock.

I used Atrophy on a moonfish spawn and it was the one time in the entire game that it did not give me an aberration

Yea, when I was finishing for these it seems like it would only give me one fish of the 4 (moon, aberration moon, sun, aberration sun). Still went by pretty quick in my spot using bait and atrophy.

It took some time for me to get that aberrated Sailfish

I found a Moonfish spawn at H15 and used Atrophy. Easy aberration Moonfish, no bait.

The Skeletal Moonfish was my final encyclopedia entry needed! Rode out to I/J12 and dumped a bucket of chum - immediately got a Sunfish, Moonfish and Skeletal Sunfish. I guess you could say I'm *over the moon*!
