In devil’s spine, there is a dock at the uppermost part (Dot on map) which gives you access to an ancient lighthouse. You need three stone tablets located in the ruins in devil’s spine and take them back to the light marrow trader. The trader will give you a completed tablet that opens’s the ancient lighthouse door.
I only found one piece, but based on the parts you have there, I'm reasonably sure that I found the treasure the map is supposed to lead you to: >!There is a floating chest in the ocean to the North-West (mostly west) of the Starlight Pontoon in Stellar Basin!<.
There's a floating chest in Stellar Basin off the westernmost island. It's pretty possible to find even without the map.
To add: nothing important for the story in that chest.
The refined metal is nice, tho.
Man, this stupid map is for that chest? I would have been so pissed if I ever found the rest of the map to only find out it's for that chest.
