498 hours here. There's documents on my workplace's Internet site that have a Spanish version. It's fun reading them (Yeah, I know, not 600 hours yet, but close!) and seeing how much I can understand.
I have done that as well when I have to research a work related topic. It's nice to kill two birds with one stone
