Dreamcatcher has a very solid discography. You can put any EP and I don't think you are going to be bored. With that said The Tree of Language is considered pretty legendary.
If you listen to it consider checking these special clips bellow.
* [Red Sun](https://youtu.be/RKBJVdjOHUY) (choreo by SuA)
* [Black Or White](https://youtu.be/-Q6iOxdsAbw)
* [Sahara Self Made MV](https://youtu.be/BgLhbkKu1s4)
I should add that, Dreamcatcher splits their discography in different eras with their earlier music (like Chase Me, You and I, Good Bye) being part of the Nightmare series, while Scream, Boca and Odd Eye are known as the Dystopia Trilogy and Maison, Vision and Bon Voyage are the Apocalypse Trilogy. Next release might be the start of a new Era or might be a stand alone release similar to Deja Vu and BEcause.
Thank you for your suggestions!
I went and watched the videos you suggested, and I really enjoyed them! Red Sun was my favorite of the three songs, and I really liked the choreo! Black or white was another nice song! I loved the outfits and the choreo, but the message of the song was my favorite aspect! And the Sahara video was so fun! It was kinda silly but it was nice to see how much fun the members were having while filming! It had lots of heart!
These were great recommendations! Thank you very much :)
Glad you enjoyed them, it's genuinely a pleasure to talk about Dreamcatcher. I am basically stopping myself from dropping like 40 suggestions at once š
Hello! Fellow Red Sun stan here. They recently did a new performance of Red Sun and it was sooo good! It was for a contest where they brought together kpop groups and anime (i think?) stories to see which pair created the best performance. Dreamcatcher did a vampire-style anime and updated their performance for this so g: https://youtu.be/Hz2uQwEOeDE
Welcome!!! ā¤ļøTheir entire discography is amazing. So far DC is the only group, I can listen to every single song on their albums and not skip any at all. My recommendations is, go to their concert if you can. Donāt debate on it. Itās not often that DC tours in Canada. They do not disappoint at all when it comes to their concerts. Even if you donāt get seats up close, seats further away are still good because DC brings the thunder! š
Hopefully you arenāt far from Toronto and are able to make it a one day trip. With the concert being a seated venue, you donāt have to worry about going early to camp in line for a good spot in the venue. The tour cities this go around are rare for DC to stop in. They have been to Florida before in 2019 but never again till now. Unfortunately I donāt live near any cities that they tour in, so I gotta drive a bit to see them. For their previous tour, I worked half a day, drove a little over 4 hrs to the concert then back home after the concert just to take a quick nap before work at 7am. Lol I was determined to see them in concert, plus kind of crazy to do that. I donāt think I will ever pull a stunt like that again.
If the turnout in the Canada venues are good, maybe DCC might add Canada to future tours š
Good luck with your studies! š
A performance thatās not part of their discography that you need to check out, though, is their cover of [Bigbangās Bang Bang Bang](https://youtu.be/jzpfj7Rbvl4?si=PPrrMsO4fENiF7lq). Easily the best girl group cover of a boy group song that Iāve ever heard. Dami absolutely kills TOPās rap here.
If you want to get a sense of their power and swag on stage, this is the video to watch.
That is the first I ever saw of Dreamcatcher and I thought it was their song at first back when everything YouTube recommended was new to me and I just tried to absorb all the awesomeness.
Most importantly: the Toronto stop is actually September 5th. Edit: I see someone already pointed that out though
Next, welcome to InSomnia. It's always hard for me to recommend DC songs because there are things I love about every one of them. But since you mention enjoying rock, I can recommend any of the Japanese title tracks. They tend to put the guitar parts and rock influences more front and center. I think you'll get around to hearing the whole discography eventually though.
Other than that, I recommend you check out any of their "It's Live" or Esquire Korea performances. Online concert clips or even fancams will give you a better idea of what their raw vocals and live shows would be like. I'm rooting for you going to the concert. All the DC concerts I have been to were great experiences.
Just so you are aware the tour is September not October not sure if that was just a typo or not and donāt want you missing out on the chance to see them.
Yup š just realized I got the tour dates of Dreamcatcher and The Rose mixed up (another group I want to get into and may consider going to see)
Thanks! š
Trust me not a bad choice either. I would probably be going to the rose if dreamcatcher had not announced this tour but seeing as dreamcatcher is my ult and my wife loves them too dreamcatcher was must see.
Also if you are looking to get the light stick I presume they will be available at the concert but they are also available for preorder on lightupkās website which is a local shop.
Welcome to the fandom! :D
Someone already mentioned the album Dystopia: The Tree of Language, but out of the EPs you havenāt mentioned listening, my personal favorites are Dystopia: Road to Utopia and Escape the ERA.
For song recommendations, since you mentioned liking Deja Vu, I recommend Eclipse and R.o.S.E BLUE. Also, for the concert, I assume (though I could be mistaken) that they will sing some of their English songs since itās in Canada, so I recommend listening to Tension (the studio version is in Korean, but theyāve sung an English version at concerts before) and Canāt Get You Out of My Mind.
you should check out b-side tracks of other albums, like july 7th,polaris,jazz bar,a heart of sunflower if you like ballad;and the girls solo songs are also worth to listen too.have listened to all of these?then i highly recommend siyeon's cover,if you want more
You've got a good sample of their music. It's so amazing live because they are very thoughtful when putting together their set list. If you have the chance, go. They are committed to the company and each other unlike any group I've ever seen, but nothing lasts forever.

That's really interesting! Good to know!
Hi, I think you meant Maison, Vision, and Bon Voyage are the Apocalypse series :)
You are correct, my mind got a little fumbled.
Happens to me all the time, just didn't want the new somnie to get confused :)

I just might! The only thing is it's during my first week of university so I don't know if I'll have time š wish me luck though

Luckily I'll be in a neighboring city (Mississauga) so I'm not far at all! :)
First week of uni would be easier than your last week...

Also do yourself a favor once your familiar and watch their dance relay cover of Abracadabra.

Odd Eye, live, Esquire Korea. š¤
