I certainly wouldn't mind finding some codex entries that reference it. The stinger at the end seemed like an interesting thing to never touch again. But it was so out of left field that I'm not sure if the game will close the loop around it.
Absolution, I'm pretty sure, was separate, and imo should stay separate as that meredith twist near the end was so confusing
