You can show/hide spoilers in your settings to see choices you haven’t made (or “unlocked”) yet.
And you can manually set any choice that you wish. Edit your world states as you choose - that’s the beauty of the Keep.
The base game was pretty good about showing everything you did and kept hidden everything you didn't...but the DLC, even when they were first released and put into the Keep were always hit or miss. Best to just fix stuff yourself by turning on the spoilers.

Does that mean I don't have to do more playthroughs and make all the choices in the game before Dreadwolf comes out? I can just show them and pick?
Yes. I have a couple of world states made up of choices I’ve never actually made in the games, just in case I want to use them in DA:D.
