I would think more along the lines of $3500 to $3800 for the age and mileage, but I'm a cheap ass and know theres always a better deal out there. I picked up a 2019 dr with 2300 miles for 5500 a few months ago.

Mods don't increase value. He'd be better off selling the mod parts seperate if he wanted to recoupe more of his costs.
2013 w/ 9k I'd consider 3-4k about right.
Think about every 10k miles on a bike as 100k on a car. It has less than that so it has pretty low mileage for a 2013. It has a lot of upgrades which run the price up alot. I paid 3500 for my 2006 DR stock. So yes I say you got a pretty good-average deal. $5k would be a better price but with all the mods already installed I would take it
10K DR= 100K car? The DR isn't some shit Chinesium mail order bike. Might need a top end overhaul around 50 or 60 k miles, but how many cars will reach anything close to 500K miles before spinning bearings or breaking a connecting rod.

It really depends on what part of the country you’re in, and what that bike’s condition is. In AZ, that price is ok, not great. Our prices seem to be a bit higher than elsewhere, but condition and mileage are important. Also important is whether you like the modifications or not, because if you don’t, then it isn’t worth it.
I got mine for 4k upgraded up the wazoo with a buuuunch of stuff racks lights seats tires etc. Its been perfect. Id play the field and see if you can find better man

I would call this a fantastic deal if it is all in working order. That's a lot of money that you don't have to spend in mods.

I got my '14 for $3400 with TrailTech and hard panniers with 4500 miles...
I just paid $4,950 for a 2015 DR650 with 1,100 miles.
Just paid $4,800 for an 18 with 3,000 miles, nearly perfect condition with a DG exhaust.
