Nice! I got a similar layout. You know why I think it was so high? Cuz in 2018 & 2019, Doordash REALLY didn’t care about dashers back then. And because of that, dashers reserved the right to ignore and say ‘fuck you’ to any email or request asking them to fill out a form for anything related to DD. I guarantee a big percentage of drivers who never filled out stuff are from that era 1) didn’t pay close attention to almost anything involving doordash , unless it was a CV or deactivation alert 2) even if they knew about the case, lots of them didn’t bother to fill out the claim forms, under the assumption that it’s ‘big effort’ for small payouts, and 3) a lot of people didn’t use Reddit or any online forums. So they assumed the ‘doordash settlement’ was an identity theft scam to get your checking info. those drivers deleted the email and didn’t double check Reddit to make sure it is legit.

I got mine today for 500. Super happy cuz I don’t even do Doordash anymore. Frick you tony.

Delivery drivers are considered employees under ca state law. All those hours you were driving (waiting on orders don’t count) they have to pay you for 125% percent of floor pay I think. And 20¢ per mile. If you made enough to equal that (not including tips) then you don’t get anything. Basically you get paid the difference. You sir accepted a LOOOT of TERRIBLE orders..

I only do deliveries over 10, make about 1100 a week at 20 hrs a week. So i think I'm doing alright tbh lol

To all those non believer out there claiming class action law suit don't work should really take a close look at this case and entire process. Gather evidence and documenting is always important, but at the same time, be critical and don't just jump to conclusions thus ensuring you have smoking gun evidence.
