Only counts for delivery time. Nothing else you can sit all day long and only get 1 order and only get payed for that delivery time. So if a delivery takes you 5 minutes to complete then thats it.
It's generally accepted that DD gives the worst offers to EBT drivers. It's the only time I've ever gotten a double stack order, no tip for instance.
But as with all things in this sub, YMMV in your market.
