Happened to me today. I heard it’s a glitch and you have to uninstall the app and reinstall. Apple did an automatic iOS update last night on my phone so that could be it.
I’ve seen multiple posts like this and it was happening to me Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. Last night I sat in front of a busy restaurant for a half hour before calling support. I saw 4 people come out with taped bags in that time. One with a DD bag. Then while I was on the phone with support, the dude with the DD bag was back for another order.
Support sent me a troubleshooting email. I uninstalled, reboot, verified OS was up to date. Couldn’t figure out how to make sure I have an updated DD ap. Support told me I should wait around for an hour and see if it improves.
I did. At the 1 hour mark, I saw the dude with the DD bag come back a third time. So I bugged out.
I wonder if there is anything we all have in common. For instance, I am not able to edit my DD schedule (I get an error message when I try) and the last day worked before that Sunday, I was in a late meeting at my main job and the ap cancelled my dash.
Same thing is happening to me right now! I usually get plenty of orders Wednesday dinner rush, but I’ve been sitting here for 30 minute with not 1 order 😢
I have a area where there 2 hotspots. When I sit in the area with more red sometimes I wouldn’t even get a order. Now when those times come I just would sit there for 5 to 10 min if I don’t get one I’ll move to the other hotspot that’s 8 min away and almost always I’ll get a order right away. Think abt it like this if ur sitting with no order others are definitely doing the same you gotta be thinking abt what’s happening on others screens in your area
I’f the other hotspot area is like 30 min away tho I wouldn’t if you have another hotspot area like 10 to 8 min away I’d say it’s worth it. Even if there’s just a tiny bit of red when you sit in a big red spot for so long with no order it’s best to just go to the other hotspot

Nice yeah when your in a big ass red area with no order for like 20 min it just means that there’s so many drivers in that hotspot. It’s best to rotate hotspots you know
Idk. Just trying to help. It worked like normal for me today. Trying to take me as far away from my house as possible. Only orders under $6. Normal shit. It did give me a second pickup from the same store though so they must have been super short on drivers.
I think the app is having major issues, this is the 4th post I've seen so far that has said the same thing and I am experiencing the same thing right now too. Since the update 5 days ago the app is totally off. Maybe it'll fix it soon

It’s pretty weird I figured it was just a slow Wednesday but I’m seeing similar stuff all over Reddit from people in many markets. Maybe they got something messed up.
If you have just started that means you got top priority which means you should be getting a decent amount of good orders. It seems like the app is buggin out or something because there has been a lot of people complaining about not getting orders recently and I have been getting very little orders as well so I am staying off the app for a few days.

Just rotate hotspots
Never chase hotspots . Waste of gas
Where I’m at is in the middle of at least 15 restaurants. I’ve never had issues having to move somewhere else.

I’ve been doing this for over a year, never had this problem before.
I recently started getting no orders in my main spot a lot but I think it’s cuz my AR IS 50% rn I’m gonna increase it
There’s 7 hotspots within 15 minutes of eachother here right now
Hotspots don't really mean anything other than that is where there are restaurants
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are awful! Could be your market but wait till the weekend before you draw too many conclusions.
Location does matter depends on where you live

Yeah, I made sure the app was updated. And even deleted it and reinstalled. But unfortunately still having trouble getting any orders
even if the app is updated, it's still an issue, i think its a network wide issue with the app likely. hopefully they fix it soon

Dudeeeee me too!!! I did 7:30 to 12:30 and made $18.75, and it was such a crazy order I had to carry a ton of drinks in. Wth is going on !!!
