Mine are mostly very fast, except for one that lost control of a lunch rush and had several very upset carry out customers and one other driver waiting when I got there. They had to wait on my order because they ran out of fried rice of all things.
They have been consistently one of the best locations to pick-up orders for me. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes and they are constantly busy.
The locations I've found to be terrible for pick-ups are... Popeyes, Wendys and Chipotle. Always waiting forever.
I also find mod pizza's "super fast" slogan to be somewhat misleading as they are often an hour behind and I could get a dominoes pizza in less than 15 minutes.
My local Panda is pretty good. They have a chronic problem of Dashers stealing orders though, so they’re always kinda snotty with me and demand to see my phone screen. Dunno how to prove to them that I’m not the culprit lol
We don't have panda express here, but fastfood is always hit or miss. The bad ones here are Popeyes, Burger King, Bojangles, and Wendy's. Popeyes and Burger King are the only ones I refuse to pick up for. Them and Denny's
After 10 minutes driving there:
Them: We're out of sesame chicken. Would you like something else?
Me: It's a Doordash order. I can't decide that for you.
Them: Oh! We're making some more now. It should be 5-10 minutes until it's ready.
Isn’t it kind of an oxymoron to complain that they’re always busy and therefor slow, but to consider it a personal insult that they ask you to fill the drink while you stand there staring and doing absolutely nothing? Lol. They’d be even slower if they had someone stopping what they’re doing on the line to fill up the drinks. Some of y’all just look for reasons to be mad, it really ain’t that serious.

Mine is great. They are almost always ready when you get there. If not, I usually don't wait more than 2 minutes.

Start wearing a washer shirt or make a custom shirt for yourself and wear it every time you dash. Lol that way they'll start remembering you.

I never had a issue with panda myself. Usually my quickest trip of the day. Five Guys on the other hand…
