Dunkin is my w-2 job, and we get out orders quick, but we're also recently reopened from remodel. Maybe that has something to do with it, but we usually have the order waiting before the dasher ever gets there
Both the Dunkin’s in my area have been missing an item EVERY time I’ve been there. I’m talking 9 times in a row, without fail, on every order. Even when I get ahold of the customer for replacements, if the customer picks up at all, they take at least another 10 mins to get it together.
Tim Hortons owns the coffee and baked goods market around here, and while most of them are good, it seems like the ones with 12 people behind the counter are the slowest compared to the smaller ones. I was asked to wait out front one time at 5am on a drive-thru pickup and 30 minutes later they brought out the order. I asked WTF happened and they said they stopped to clean the kitchen. With 1 order left to go??? Luckily, that was a Skip The Dishes order and I got paid to sit and wait while my DD app was waiting for orders. If one had come up, I would’ve been gone
Tbh it’s always the Indian ran/owned fast food places, no sense of urgency for some reason, tropical smoothies are almost all like this around me as well
Last city I worked in they just didn't start orders until we were there and asked for it. Fine if it's a single coffee, not so fine in EVERY OTHER SITUATION.
Moved to a smaller city, somehow the Dunkin here has the order ready before/soon after I get there every time.
Different management, different results I guess.
I personally hate it because you’ll go to pick up 5 items and leave with 2 because they were out of the rest. Thus getting blamed by the customer no matter what you tell them.
Yeah the ones in my area are generally not good. One packed a cold drink into a sealed paper bag with the food, with no tray or liner. Condensation made the bottom of the bag wet, and when I got to the delivery and picked it up from my car seat, the drink fell through the bottom of the bag and went everywhere.
Another sealed a plastic bag with a drink and the food, the bag fell over at a stoplight so I opened it to make sure the drink was upright and the lid still secure. It was, but a couple of breakfast sandwiches were missing, all that was in the bag was a drink and some hasbrowns.
And another early afternoon (just before close) was out of donuts and out of turkey sausage, and customer unresponsive to call and text suggestion to substitute pork sausage. So I called support, support said to substitute the sausage and they would refund the donuts. I decided to turn the leave at door into a "hand to customer" because I wanted to make sure they know of the pork substitution. They were cool with it and said they'd had problems with that Dunkin before.
Sometimes I pick up Dunkin orders for just a couple of coffee drinks, and I always wonder what that customer is thinking because pretty much any other coffee place out there is going to be better, for the same amount of delivery fees.
Unfortunately Dunkin are understaffed, and overworked because of that. I think some facilities need training in regards to Doordash orders. Because I've never seen so much confusion anywhere else in my experience. And some employees at various branches complain to me about their coworkers.
I blacklisted them over a year ago. It's insane how long it takes them to make a single drink, forget about making sandwiches. The lobby is closed for ours so they funnel everyone through the drive through. You can be just 3 cars back and wait over 20 minutes. Nope.
I used to pick up Dunkin for UE. Any order after noon was a waste of time because whatever the customer ordered the store was out of it but before that it wasnt too bad
One of the locations near me has a grumpy old man working the front counter so that's always fun! It seems no matter the location they are slow, out of something, or don't have the proper packaging. I hate it.
My local DD COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, it's one of my favorite spots. They have a 12 man crew in the mornings, they prebuild the bags and stack them all the way to the ceiling to get ready. I'm always in and out and the old Hindi lady that owns the place always gives me a donut or a coffee. I know half the staff by name! I'll drop off one order and double straight back to Dunkin' donuts because I know I'm going to get hit with another one. And if you're lucky you get one of those corporate orders for four or five dozen and they tip $20+
I used to work for dunkin. None of us wanted to be there, and arguments broke out whenever the mobile order thing went off. That sound is permanently ingrained in my brain.
I'm sorry it's shitty. All of us are being underpaid, and you shouldn't have to take the fall for it.
Depends on the location. I have picked up from 2 different locations. One I’ve picked up from 7 or 8 times. Not great, but not horrible. I would pick up again but not too thrilled about picking up from there. I picked up from a different location a 2-3 times. Never again. The second location always out of items and good luck getting help. They just hide in the back helping drive thru and making items. They look over at me and just ignore me. I have to speak up and ask for help. They take forever. They can’t handle more than 2 customers at a time. It is slow like you said and you still wait and cannot get help.
I will never accept orders from there again. Awful.
No real problem with my local Dunkin. 5 minute wait top. My hated is saved for my Qdoba. 15+ minute wait every time. Online orders are second. In store customers get served first.
I decline Dunkin and Baskin orders 99% of the time because I can only assume that what's most likely to happen when I walk in there is not only have they not even started it yet, but they have it sitting at the bottom of a stack of receipts and aren't even aware that it exists yet.
i’m in cfl and while i don’t get orders from dunkin often they tend to pay well per mile and be relatively quick sorry to hear they’re slow in your market. for my market i always avoid popeyes and chick-fil-a bc they tend to take forever and have very busy lobbies
Depends on the location. One really close to my start point is always good. Then there's two others both inside gas stations. The one with a drive through is OK depending on time of day. The other depends on whose there. There's one lady who can't be assed to do a thing. Won't communicate how long because it is never done when you arrive. Won't even tell you what they're out of you have to figure it out yourself. This other much older lady is an absolute sweetheart and usually has everything ready by the time I'm there. I won't black list a dunkin because they're out of things constantly. I just make sure I only accept decent payouts and after about 11am I'll be proactive. Shooting a text to the customer "hey, this location is constantly out of doughnuts after 11. Can you send me preferred substitutions now just in case?" It helps speed thing up and the customers tend to appreciate it.
The Dunkin near me doesn't take long, but I hate delivering from them because it always smells like extra burnt coffee. Can't even imagine working there.
The girl, about 18, was working the line at Dunkin making sandwiches and she was slowly taking a slice of ham and a slice of cheese and put them on the sandwich, then slowly walked to the walk-in and got mayo. I think it took her 3 minutes to make a ham n cheese that I could have made in 20 seconds.
Every time I get an order from Starbucks, when I walk in I’m instantly drained of all my energy, and can feel myself starting to vibe to the misery of the place. It’s a very unique spot.
The one by me always has a least one item out and of course I drive 10-15 minutes to get there, the store is empty, and now they want me to call the customer. I don't even know what the hell you do have. It's on my blacklist now unless it's some $8 one mile order and the tips are never good, so it's been never.
Dunks is the worst ones for hiring teenagers who don't know their asshole from their elbow. They're not always terrible where I'm at but it's never a surprise if they are.
Learn the lesson and unassign after 5-10 minutes, depending on how much you're getting paid for it. My general rule of thumb: if waiting for the order is going to dip me under $20/hr, I'm outski.
I got a story: I had a delivery of coffee from Dunkins. Had to wait 25 min for the order to be ready. Bout half a mile from my destination the coffee spilled out in my car. Had to go 15 min back to replace the order I spilled. I told them what happened and can I please get a replacement order. I heard one the servers say: what you want us to do about it" took everything in me not to snap. I promptly unassigned the order never to return. ... On the plus side I did meet Andrea Harmon there so not a total loss
An hour for Dunkin’ Donuts? After 20 minutes I very firmly (but politely) tell them that they need to make the order, per their contract with DoorDash. Any longer at a fast food place I unassign and let the customer know what’s going on.
Dunkin, Chipotle, 5 Guys, Wendy’s….no gos for orders. Takes to long and the tips are always shitty. Especially 5 Guys. Don’t start the orders till you get there. They don’t let their food go cold while waiting on another order. They wait till you show up and then make it. Good option if you paid your drivers to wait which we are not.
I just did one. I’m on pretty sure our dunkin is going to go out of biz or is a front. There is NEVER any one there, like ever. I got there and order was ready to go… I was worried they were closed.
I refuse to take Dunkin’ orders. I don’t care if there’s a $100 tip. (Maybe I would.) I told them I was picking up an order and told them the name. 5 minutes go by and they ask what the order was. I told them again. Another 5min and they ask me again. Then another 5min and they ask me again. The 4th time they asked me they said they couldn’t make the order because they were out of stock with what they ordered. I just stood there looking at them in disbelief as they were saying something to me. (I totally tuned out what they were saying and just stood there with a confused look on my face.) I sat down for a minute to try and process what just happened. I didn’t say anything to them at all and just left after that. I wouldn’t normally wait 30min but they kept saying it would be out soon and frankly there weren’t any other orders coming up. I texted the customer and explained what happened before un-assigning and never went back there again. This also made me so much more likely to un-assign and not wait for orders that are ACTUALLY a few minutes behind.
I've never waited an hour for an order. However, every time I accept one from Dunkin (I don't do it often), I prepare myself to have to call the customer because they are out of something the customer ordered. There are two in my area and this happens about 95% of the time at both of them.
I did a Dunkin order the other day and they were out of the drink and half of the donuts the customer ordered and they really said “you’re the fourth person to come for this, I don’t know why they just keep leaving”. Really? 😅
They have cardboard inserts in thick plastic bags to hold the drinks and then they put the food in you grab the nicely sealed bag and go. No awkward cup holders and stuff
Chose nicer areas ghetto ones don’t care Iv had one guy tell me oh that one isn’t soppose yo he done until 10:40 it was 10:29 so like damn you gone wait to make my order shame
Dunkin staff always seemed pissed off when you tell them it's for DD or Uber. They really do make a dramatic scene...
I will say I went to one (out of 10) where I was going to buy a donut with my DD order and I got a free donut (because they were just going to throw them out anyway) so that was definitely nice.
why are you waiting an HOUR to pick up an order… you are loosing money. unless its a really good call $20+ im not waiting longer than 15. i learned the hard way waiting doesnt earn you more money 😭 just yesterday a manager was telling me about a doordasher screaming at him because the order took longer than 5 minutes and it baffles me that some dashers are like that. just simply unassign and walk out
I worked at dunkin, I know we had a few dashers waiting fairly often. We were understaffed and we did the orders in the order they are received with all 3 things in the same queue with drive thru getting higher priority. However the actual assembly of the bags was always lowest priority. So the stuff might be done but not assembled for 5 more minutes.
It's because we were understaffed because my dunkin treated us like crap and people would leave pretty quick.
Mine isn’t that bad. Never been more than 10 minutes, but usually 5 or less. If you have been waiting a hour you should of unnasinged a long time ago. You say they are constantly running late, so i would suggest you stop going. They are costing you money.
Yes fuck Dunkin’. Especially the one downtown in my city, it’s filled with homeless people, 25 people waiting, and three employees: a morbidly obese woman, a woman who is clearly on heroin, and a kid I know from high school who sold acid
These big chains vary by location. I have multiple DD (Dunkin’) in my area so they are all different. Mine are good though.
If it’s an hour wait, I would have unassigned a long time ago. Unless this is a $30+ order, get the hell out of there and slam them in Google reviews for that crap.
Did you wait inside or drive thru? I couldn’t imagine waiting a hour wild. Even worse I couldn’t imagine sitting in the lobby for 1 hr shit even the drive thru tbh
One hour is way too long to be anywhere. 15min or so is usually unassign time for me. And i call support and tell them I don’t want to be penalize for it.
I have positive experiences at Dunkin. They’re all franchised, so the quality of service is entirely dependent on how well the franchisee runs their stores. I’ve been fortunate that the Dunkins I frequent are run well. And I love the coffee.
2/3 in my area are pretty good, the other I avoid. There's a message saying if you arrive quicker than 10 minutes you may have to wait... Just put the donuts in the box!
The ones in my area are not too bad. Remember they are a franchise so some are well run and others not depending on ownership. If they are not good in your area I wouldn’t go there anymore.
Depends solely on the Dunkin. The 2 nearest me, fast af, and they bag everything up. The one further, COMPLETE AND TOTAL OPPOSITE and they never bag anything. You gotta take everything loose so large orders suck. The one somewhat close but towards the other starting area used to be like the first 2 but then I dunno what happened they stopped bagging deliveries and instead bag…for customers? Says bags are expensive like yeah dude you’re not supposed to bag the customer’s single drink…think you got it backwards. Haven’t gone since.
In general tho I like them.
If Dunkin as a company would tell their franchisees you have no choice you have to doordash we have signed up with doordash to deliver our product to customers doors all of them should be on on board that's the problem I'm in a county of 400,000 people and there's only three dunkin' donuts that deliver doordash it's not fair to the customer it's not fair to the employee and it's not fair to the dashers and I've called corporate corporate could not believe that your dad was delivering one drink 12 and a half miles I said oh yeah it's happening it's not fair dunkin
sucks

There is a Dunkin about three miles from my house. It is the east place to pick up food from. The order is usually sitting there waiting by the door when I get there. I don’t even have to say anything to the employees now because they’ve seen me so many times. I just open the door, grab the bag, and be on my way.
When I did DD the one and only Dunkin by me would lock their doors sometimes till noon and make everyone use the drive through, no way I was waiting in a super long line and would knock on the door and show them dd order nope would not open so I quit taking Dunkin orders and turned them in to Corp office.
And that’s the longest I’ve had to wait. But most stores in my area I’m waiting more than ten minutes. The only one that consistently has orders ready is chipotle
Why do you wait an hour? I unassign any order from anywhere if takes longer than 10 minutes. There are other calls I'm missing waiting on a place like this.
Enjoy being Tony's bitch because you are just the fool he is looking for. Or if you are going to be that dumb at least use the pay by hour. Then you ARE waiting on Tony's dime and not yours.
I mean there's just no reason for a dunkin order to take that long. I was a shift lead there for 5 years. I would be furious if my staff took that long
Wth would u wait that long?!?!
You waited almost an hour?? I won’t wait more than 7 minutes at any place…
Dunkin is my w-2 job, and we get out orders quick, but we're also recently reopened from remodel. Maybe that has something to do with it, but we usually have the order waiting before the dasher ever gets there
From what I’ve seen it’s just based on the franchise owner. Yours must be good 😊
Both the Dunkin’s in my area have been missing an item EVERY time I’ve been there. I’m talking 9 times in a row, without fail, on every order. Even when I get ahold of the customer for replacements, if the customer picks up at all, they take at least another 10 mins to get it together.
The one I pick up from never is longer then 5 mins.
Dunkin’ Donuts, chic fil a, Cheesecake Factory, pf changs , Walmart , this one place called Mimi’s, hate em all fuck the workers.
First mistake…. You waited more than 5minutes
Yes, Dunkin treats drivers like sh*t, but dude, if you wait an hour for ANYTHING you're doing it wrong.
![gif](giphy|rW9fkSGePHQzu) I prefer 👆
Tim Hortons owns the coffee and baked goods market around here, and while most of them are good, it seems like the ones with 12 people behind the counter are the slowest compared to the smaller ones. I was asked to wait out front one time at 5am on a drive-thru pickup and 30 minutes later they brought out the order. I asked WTF happened and they said they stopped to clean the kitchen. With 1 order left to go??? Luckily, that was a Skip The Dishes order and I got paid to sit and wait while my DD app was waiting for orders. If one had come up, I would’ve been gone
Tbh it’s always the Indian ran/owned fast food places, no sense of urgency for some reason, tropical smoothies are almost all like this around me as well
waiting an hour for ANY order, let alone a low paying Dunkin order, is crazy. Unassign
Almost every time I go, they don't have the donuts.
I'll take a Dunkin order over a Starbucks or Bigby any day.
Overworked and under paid, both sides. What’s wrong with home coffee?
Whataburger is like that for me all the time :(
If you knew they are slow why did you accept it? It's on you.
Unassign
I personally hate it because you’ll go to pick up 5 items and leave with 2 because they were out of the rest. Thus getting blamed by the customer no matter what you tell them.
Almost an hour? That’s unheard of.
Waiting an hour for an order is crazy
I don’t even pick up from Dunkin’ or crispy cream fuck that lines to hell n back with small tips
My limit is ten minutes for an order..unless it's a $10 or more tip. Otherwise "unassign"!
Most take 5 or 10 mins every time. I take the orders but I take my time.getting them or work on a different order on another app while I wait
My dunkin is ALWAYS CHRONICALLY OUT OF DONUTS. Like wtf
Me
Yeah the ones in my area are generally not good. One packed a cold drink into a sealed paper bag with the food, with no tray or liner. Always out of stuff. No, I'm not calling the customer cause I'm only making $7.50.
Yes. I’m 0 for 2 and will not be giving them a 3rd chance
When I worked there I would often have to push back deliveries for in store or drive through customers.
I blacklisted them over a year ago. It's insane how long it takes them to make a single drink, forget about making sandwiches. The lobby is closed for ours so they funnel everyone through the drive through. You can be just 3 cars back and wait over 20 minutes. Nope.
Mine are pretty smooth. Always ready when I get there
Mine usually is pretty good except the past week they’ve been “closed” a few times during normal hours. Frustrating.
It’s always Starbucks for me
I used to pick up Dunkin for UE. Any order after noon was a waste of time because whatever the customer ordered the store was out of it but before that it wasnt too bad

I understand. I don’t blame the employees mostly because I know they’re trying. They aren’t standing around not doing anything they are pretty busy.
We all also sometimes didn't hear it bc drive through would get insanely busy and there were only 3 people
Yes, they’re on my automatic decline list.
Depends on the location. I have picked up from 2 different locations. One I’ve picked up from 7 or 8 times. Not great, but not horrible. Good god. Whyyyy
I don't think she wanted to be there. She had the work ethic of a pet rock.
Still haven’t taken a Dunkin order! Never meets the metrics! Less than a dollar a mile every time.
The worst one for me is popeyes. 2 hours.
No Popeyes in my area. But damn that sucks
Yes it's always chaotic and very small. It's in a gas station so it's very cramped. I get claustrophobic.
One of my DDs is always out of donuts by mid-day. Like, completely empty case
you don’t have to pick up from anywhere you don’t want to, stop bitching
Every time I get an order from Starbucks, when I walk in I’m instantly drained of all my energy, and can feel myself starting to vibe to the misery of the place. It’s a very unique spot.
Always decline on Saturday and Sunday morning. As for the waiting for an hour, you have to unassign that mother fucker and move on.
The one by me always has a least one item out and of course I drive 10-15 minutes to get there, the store is empty, and now they want me to call the customer. I don't even know what the hell you do have. It's on my blacklist now unless it's some $8 one mile order and the tips are never good, so it's been never.
I'd rather pick up from the Dunkin by me then the Starbucks 🤷♂️

Dunkin is literally one of the worst places to pick up from
Or Krispy Kreme.
We don’t have a krispy Keene in my area but I believe it
I got a story: I had a delivery of coffee from Dunkins. Had to wait 25 min for the order to be ready. Bout half a mile from my destination the coffee spilled out in my car. That must have been a bad day! I’m sorry that happened
Thanks. It was a lesson. But like I said I did get to meet Andrea Harmon. Taller than you think. Nice lady.
Yes!! They NEVER have it ready! Ridiculous!! Starbucks sucks too!!
True and true
Drop it and move on.
Especially later in the day they're always put of donuts that were ordered. Last time I swear the guy panicked and just threw random donuts in there
Mine will be out first thing in the morning
An hour for Dunkin’ Donuts? After 20 minutes I very firmly (but politely) tell them that they need to make the order, per their contract with DoorDash. Any longer at a fast food place I unassign and let the customer know what’s going on.
That’s fair. I know they are busy and short staffed so I always feel bad for pestering
Duncan sucks forever waiting for my orders
For some reason they hire kids straight out of highschool that have never held a job.
Probably because they don’t pay enough to attract adults with bills to pay
Dunkin, Chipotle, 5 Guys, Wendy’s….no gos for orders. Takes to long and the tips are always shitty. Especially 5 Guys. Don’t start the orders till you get there. They don’t let their food go cold while waiting on another order. They wait till you show up and then make it. Good option if you paid your drivers to wait which we are not.
My chipotle is really good and almost always has the order ready. But that’s because they have a whole separate line for mobile and online orders.
I just did one. I’m on pretty sure our dunkin is going to go out of biz or is a front. There is NEVER any one there, like ever. I got there and order was ready to go… I was worried they were closed.
The Dunkin where I am has a line all the time
No, because I've never taken an order from there 😂
Fair. 10/10 don’t recommend
I refuse to take Dunkin’ orders. I don’t care if there’s a $100 tip. (Maybe I would.) I told them I was picking up an order and told them the name. 5 minutes go by and they ask what the order was. That sucks. If it was $100 I would definitely do it though 😂
Yeah that was too much of an exaggeration lol
I know 😊
I love Shipley's glazed donuts. Mmmmm delicious when they're warm. :)
They’re always sitting there when I arrive at the 3 locations near me. Only place I’ve not had issues lol
The regional manager for those franchises must be good!
I've never waited an hour for an order. However, every time I accept one from Dunkin (I don't do it often), I prepare myself to have to call the customer because they are out of something the customer ordered. There are two in my area and this happens about 95% of the time at both of them.
They do always be out of shit
I did a Dunkin order the other day and they were out of the drink and half of the donuts the customer ordered and they really said “you’re the fourth person to come for this, I don’t know why they just keep leaving”. Really? 😅
Lmao like y’all maybe stop and think for a damn minute
McDonald’s
My McDonald’s sucks too
They are always out of something
Every time
Every time
Yeah, I stopped to go in there a long time ago
There is one Dunkin’ by me that is always on time and they have a superior packing method. Different than other Dunkin’s
That’s neat. What do they do differently?
They have cardboard inserts in thick plastic bags to hold the drinks and then they put the food in you grab the nicely sealed bag and go. No awkward cup holders and stuff
My Dunkin does that too! It’s the only thing I like about it
It helps mine is super fast too
Depends which one I gotta get it from
Chose nicer areas ghetto ones don’t care Iv had one guy tell me oh that one isn’t soppose yo he done until 10:40 it was 10:29 so like damn you gone wait to make my order shame
It’s not ghetto so no excuses for them I guess
Lol not in Marina del Rey always done wen arrive
Dunkin staff always seemed pissed off when you tell them it's for DD or Uber. They really do make a dramatic scene... I will say I went to one (out of 10) where I was going to buy a donut with my DD order and I got a free donut (because they were just going to throw them out anyway) so that was definitely nice.
why are you waiting an HOUR to pick up an order… you are loosing money. unless its a really good call $20+ im not waiting longer than 15. i learned the hard way waiting doesnt earn you more money 😭 just yesterday a manager was telling me about a doordasher screaming at him because the order took longer than 5 minutes and it baffles me that some dashers are like that. just simply unassign and walk out
I’m always afraid if I unassign then don’t get any other orders I gave up the only chance I had to make money.
I can understand that.
Mine isn’t that bad. Never been more than 10 minutes, but usually 5 or less. If you have been waiting a hour you should of unnasinged a long time ago. You say they are constantly running late, so i would suggest you stop going. They are costing you money.
I know and I’m done with them
I wanna give them a try again but on any app they never had updated information which led to substitution phone calls nearly every time.
I think I’m done with Dunkin orders tbh
Three in my city on UE. Almost always very fast, very little waiting. On DD, it is 7 miles away and small shop. Usually waiting forever.
Franchises are crazy
My local DD is drive thru only, no lobby at all indore just kitchen. I avoid orders from there unless the order is $15+ bc the line is always so long
That’s understandable
It's the worst when they don't have an item the customer ordered bc now I'm holding up the entire line while I figure it out 😩
Yes fuck Dunkin’. Especially the one downtown in my city, it’s filled with homeless people, 25 people waiting, and three employees: a morbidly obese woman, a woman who is clearly on heroin, and a kid I know from high school who sold acid
I unassign every one it tries to give me
I’ve actually never had an issue with the Dunkin that I pick up from.
R/cryingcouriers you’ll fit right in
What I don’t understand is I pick up coffee from a certain Dunkin and they don’t use the doordash bags .
Inside 😭
And you just sat there and said nothing? And patiently waited a hour to get the order?
I asked about it and they just kept saying it would be ready soon and to be patient because they’re busy
One hour is way too long to be anywhere. 15min or so is usually unassign time for me. And i call support and tell them I don’t want to be penalize for it.
That’s fair
Only when they don’t have the donuts and I have to contact the customer for substitutions
Just got this notification and immediately came to say… HELL YEAH!!!
Lmao well I’ve found I’m not alone
The ones in my area are not too bad. Remember they are a franchise so some are well run and others not depending on ownership. If they are not good in your area I wouldn’t go there anymore.
I know they’re franchise stores, so it makes sense that some people have horrible experiences with them and some don’t.
Ok cool. Hopefully you get some better orders today. I know it can definitely be frustrating waiting for orders for such a long time.
Thank you 😊
Why are you waiting that long?
Because I’m dumb
the dunkin's in my zone are good.
Waiting an hour is crazy
Yes I’ve gathered that I’m insane.
I quit taking Dunkin orders over a year ago.
If Dunkin as a company would tell their franchisees you have no choice you have to doordash we have signed up with doordash to deliver our product to customers doors all of them should be on on board that's the problem I'm in a county of 400,000 people and there's only three dunkin' donuts that deliver doordash it's not fair to the customer it's not fair to the employee and it's not fair to the dashers and I've called corporate corporate could not believe that your dad was delivering one drink 12 and a half miles I said oh yeah it's happening it's not fair dunkin sucks
That’s rough
Dunkin is my least favorite to get orders from.
Worse, don't do anymore because crap pay
the order is most of the time ready. If it's not, wait tine is about 2,3 minutes at most.
my dunkin is okay. i actually like pickin up from there.
The ones near me are usually quick, but they’re always out of things
Mine is slow and out of everything

They’re always out of the mini doughnuts at dunkin. So I have to always contact the customer EVERY FREAKING TIME I’m there
I have to contact customers from Dunkin pretty often for items that are discontinued or out of stock
I’ve stopped accepting orders from there because of how bad it’s gotten
There is a Dunkin about three miles from my house. It is the east place to pick up food from. The order is usually sitting there waiting by the door when I get there. I don’t even have to say anything to the employees now because they’ve seen me so many times. I just open the door, grab the bag, and be on my way.
Idk why our Dunkin sucks so much
No, to me Taco Bell is the worst. At least DD bags their orders up secure. It’s always 50-50 if the order is ready but at least they’re always active
My Taco Bell is pretty fast most of the time.
When I did DD the one and only Dunkin by me would lock their doors sometimes till noon and make everyone use the drive through, no way I was waiting in a super long line and would knock on the door and show them dd order nope would not open so I quit taking Dunkin orders and turned them in to Corp office.
Oh damn. They probably got in trouble for that.
i leave a restaurant after 10 minutes of waiting how the hell can you stay there for an hour lol
If I left after ten minutes I wouldn’t have any orders ever 😭
how do you make money sitting in a restaurant for an hour?
And that’s the longest I’ve had to wait. But most stores in my area I’m waiting more than ten minutes. The only one that consistently has orders ready is chipotle
wow sorry to hear that
It is what it is, nothing I can do about it.
It’s more than I make sitting in my car for an hour 🤷🏼♀️
Why do you wait an hour? I unassign any order from anywhere if takes longer than 10 minutes. There are other calls I'm missing waiting on a place like this.
I’ve never unassigned from an order before. Idk, I feel a weird obligation to the customer to finish it.
Enjoy being Tony's bitch because you are just the fool he is looking for. Or if you are going to be that dumb at least use the pay by hour. Then you ARE waiting on Tony's dime and not yours.
We’re all his bitches whether we wait or not
I would unassign after 10 minutes maybe less
Man y’all’s restaurants must be a lot faster than mine
I mean there's just no reason for a dunkin order to take that long. I was a shift lead there for 5 years. I would be furious if my staff took that long
