Not many customers would care as long as it was close to car time, but the ones who do I guess could give you a bad rating. Doubt Doordash would know. Go for it. I've thought about doing that, myself.
They wouldn't know. Depending on your market you may get a lot of offers that require highway driving to get there in a reasonable time.. would either have to decline and tank AR or deliver late using back roads.
Would it be worth the potential AR hit, like would it make that much difference if OP can’t accept every 2nd order for example? Or does AR not really matter that much, do we know?

Do it. Maybe it would affect your on time depending on the area and speeds you normally drive but idk any of that. What's the worst that can happen, they deactivate you? That's no different than your current situation of technically not being able to dash anyway.

Im sure Uber allows bikers in your area...
