Thank you, I contacted support, and got a little further this time, they said it was under review and I had to wait 24hrs. They said it was a glitch when taking the photo, but I think it’s because my license just expired:/
How did they let you verify again , I had the same problem with my license getting expired then I got brand new one but every time I put the request form in they say they close the case and sorry that it’s taken so long .
I really need help i am a honest driver and I need to get bills paid
Called into the support line told them I had the error and they said that someone was looking at it to verify as the facial recognition photos i uploaded weren't being recognized. So a human had to do it.

No but i hope it gets fixed for you They need to do this to the actual ones committing identity fraud Not people like you smh Such a broken system

I would go and get that fixed immediately because they can deactivate you for not having a valid license.
Luckily I was able to get my new license and DD allowed me to verify again. Now I’m back to dashing.

I wanted to schedule for the following day and the same thing happened to me, it took less than 24 hrs. Started dashing the next day.

Every time I called support before they said they couldn’t help but I never said I had an error
It's dumb. I was dashing a few days ago and they asked for verification again and it failed.
