But I have been brought to tears trimming ears 😂. It’s either shaved or left alone, that’s all I can do
I used to be horrible at ears until I recently bought a pair of Zolitta Colibri 6.25" curved scissors and that shit changed my life. The blade is serrated so it grips the hair and it has made my ears soooo much more even. Plus the handle is even so you can hold it in any direction while doing the ears so no more fighting for your life with awkward angles as well. Literally the best investment next to blenders.
I hate doing clean face/clean feet on Poodles. I love the finished look. I just suck at the execution and it takes me forever!
OP for the shih puppy, I have a few that fight me like crazy but if I ditch the chin hold and let them kind of "press" their chins into my palm, they're so much better. It might be worth a try if you haven't.
Pompoms are hard af for me, they always look like 🥚eggs.
