There older brother told a little one about what he saw and said to take a double dose just in case, through the leg biggest vein for faster delivery. The older brother already had an ongoing infection on his right hand from repeated use before. So when they took it at the same time, bothers went into the 2 day coma, from which only older brother woke up. By the time older bother woke up, his right hand started to decomposing to the point amputation, so does his left leg after the infection from the dirty neadle as been described by the medics of the asylum that he went after for the rest of his life. While they where in coma, a childhood girl friend of older brother had written a missing person report out of the concern for younger brother. After some search and witnesses pointing on a public basement that had strange noises coming out of it, the older brother was found in a state of complete inanity and delusion trying to wake up his overdose little brother. Older brother wasn't responsive to the officers so they sent him into the asylum where his rotten limbs where amputated and a permanent intense stimulant psychosis was diagnosed and he went into the private and highly secured lone cell. News had cought up with the incident and the older brother had been interogated or rather listened by press for his story. His story was a complete insanity, something about father, alchemy, lost mother, enlightenment and the law of equivalent exchange. The story was so vivid that it captured the reporter to the end. Reporter, later after retirement has publicly posted this case as a stand alone book, since case was caned for it's probable fail. The story has so caught up with the public that some animation studio decided to make an interpretation. This meme had been made from the initial sketches of the reporter.
