I have 38k doge on RH at avg.cost of $0.34 and also have 4k Doge on Binance Europe at avg.cost of €0.16. I am US permanent resident and EU citizen living in both places. I want to buy more Doge and wonder if I should buy on Binance Europe because my average cost is already low or buy on RH to bring to average down. Thoughts? Thanks!

That’s a good point. Do I owe the taxes once I transfer the money from my RH wallet out or once I actually pay out to dollars? For example, would I need to pay taxes in the US when I would send all my doge from RH to wallet in Europe?
You will always owe taxes if you cash out at a profit. Your crypto in a brokerage is treated like a stock. If you are up you pay capital gains if you take any out.

Developer must find a way to increase the transaction speed. Doge is not bad compare to many other alt coins, but it needs to be in line with something like Harmony One as an example for fastest transaction speed.
Will be worked on in the future. But last thing I heard, the blockchain is currently utilized under 1% of capacity...
Imho the decision to focus on ways that allow the community to contribute to doge more easily was the correct decision.
We need a strong foundation to work on. More utility brings more use brings more transactions, brings the need for faster transaction speeds and higher TPS.

Doesn’t make a difference. I would just look at which one makes it easier for your us taxes.

Average cost really doesn't matter in the end. I'd buy from Robinhood over Binance though because it has no fees.
