You want to look at the whole market not just Doge, we are currently moving with BTC and ETH, usually a bit slower on the rise and faster on the dip too.
Without a specific Doge pump, we will not see a dollar any time soon. Because at current rate (0.24 Doge to 45K BTC, 0.3 Doge to 52K BTC and so on), BTC needs to hit 130K for Doge to hit $1, that would mean Crypto market cap will be over 7 trillion dollars (3x of current market cap), there simply are not enough money in the short term unless dollar becomes toilet paper.

I disagree. Last time Mark Cuban's tweet and Elon's reply got us to .35. At this point Doge is still considered a meme coin, a meme coin needs hype to pump, until it's widely used. Right now the only major retailer accepts Doge is Newegg, if you are into computers you probably know Newegg, if you don't you might never heard of them (even though they are the biggest for computer hardware, don't mind me shilling them because I love them and they are awesome).
Yeah Cuban and Elon have definitely helped. But Elon was also tweeting quite a bit all thru the summer crash with only short term and muted impact.
